| @TomSparks Minimal however, AI doesn’t allow for finite control ~ the wooded image took me about 30 minutes with a little back and forth with the machine to get the look I was looking for then I removed a couple trim features in photoshop as I knew they were too ornate |

| Key to renders with a provider is having good color, material, vision boards. Have some photo examples also helps but these more full service render jobs require a lot more hand holding and time and energy | ||

I had this done for a client based off some blueprints Once the project was completed I went back to do aerials of the "real" thing... I was impressed how close the render got it to what was actually built.  |

| So this morning I was Practicing... staring point ~ low quality elevation set  Dropped it on a lot in photoshop adding a rough driveway  Plugged this material info from what I could make out off the Elevation set: 12" Board an Batt Smokehouse paint color SW 7040 by Sherwin-Williams Grey Asphalt shingle roof Bronze Vinyl windows Deck Railing Bronze Aluminum horizontal stainless cable Modern glass Garage doors GRAY CONCRETE Driveway AND STEPS Eldorado Stone Weathered Edge Napa Valley Fiber Cement siding Tavern Taupe paint color SW 7508 by Sherwin-Williams CUSTOM ENTRY DOOR with 4 Lites. | @ron0987 These renders I have been doing myself with AI software. I have a vendor that actually reached out to me via Facebook that I have used in the past for full blown renders from construction sets. With an AI option I find I have the option to offer something a bit more affordable & definitely a quicker turn around time. |
