I was just contacted by a client informing me that their Matterport tour (with a Captur3d overlay) is currently not functioning.

When I logged in to my Captur3d account, this message was at the top of the dashboard:

"Access to the CAPTUR3D Creator Studio and Virtual Tours is currently limited due to a Matterport system issue. Our team is working with them to restore full access as a top priority. Thank you for your patience."

Anybody happen to have any further details regarding this issue?

Hi James, Alex here from the Captur3d team. Apologies for the current issue - it's an issue from Matterport's side with the SDK tokens. We are in contact with their team to get this fixed asap on top priority. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I will provide an update as soon as we have one from the Matterport team.
