| I have provided Matterpak files to the locations department of a Netflix Film Production. Matterport charges me $59.00 plus tax, equaling $63.94. Netflix has requested a tax exemption. If I remove the tax from the invoice to them, I am losing $4.94. What do people do about this? I'm awful with taxes. Do I just file their exemption in order to recoup that tax? Thank you, Todd |

| @DigitalTwin can you tell Netflix to chill? Bad joke I wouldn’t be charging them an at cost rate. Did you already share with them the raw cost of ordering the matterpak? If so eat the loss and next time pad your offerings so you don’t have to explain (or take the loss). |

| You should be charging a markup if you are providing the files. I have no problem being transparent about this. I let customers know I can provide the additional files at cost plus a margin or I can transfer a copy of the space to their own matterport account for free if they want to maintain an account and order the add ons themselves. | ||
