| @DigitalReplica3D I am not asking what people charge... i'm asking how hosting is structured and how fees are structured... example. for residential clients, I typically include 3 months of matterport tour hosting... after that I charge per month. for commercial clients I don't include any months "free" but do charge per tour per month giving discounts based on the volume of tours that i'm hosting. i'm just curious how others are structuring this. | Residential is 6 months, same as the average listing agreement. Honestly don't think I've come across a situation where it didn't sell or the seller renewed with the same agent. Never really shot commercial. | ||

| @JasonZ 6 months is a good amount of time. Here in the bay area we've had some higher end listings that haven't sold in a year... but most do sell within the first few months luckily. | ||

| I provide 6 months of hosting for all scan types and charging a monthly fee per space for additional months, but it's become such a headache to track and bill these so I need to change this to a 6 or 12 month billing increments. I haven't even been enforcing this for most residential scans that go over 6 months because it's too much of a hassle. | ||
