| I have never had a problem with missing linking in a published matterport tour. That's not an issue at all that you will need to fix ever. Missing place id, time required these days to see your tour fully functional and excessive linking that are all issues that are happening almost with every tour. I used GoThru for troubleshooting but only because there was a new issue which was created by Google themselves around the end of 2024 and after their start running their AI to see if photos including 360 break Google Policies. They will block perfectly fine complied with all policies 360 photo from your tour and you can do nothing about it. Even GoThru will offer the only solution in this case-exclude blocked 360 from your tour if you want your tour to be working. They offer to blur something in blocked 360s but I tried it and it did no help at all.. may be because you do not know what to blur. When I first discovered it in 2024 I had 5/6 360 photos blocked for that. Nothing in them that could break any policy and nothing I could do to get them unblocked so they had to be excluded. To see if you have something blocked check the following: If your google account does not have any panos with "unknown place id" showing on it from the tour you published check how many 360 photos are on your account and how many are shown on your client profile account. If your account has more than client go through every 360 photo in your client tour. Those that have been blocked by Google AI will be shown on your Google account as thumbnails but when you click on them you will either see a constant black screen with a message "no user photo found" or it will flash with all that(black screen and the message) and opens a closely 360 that has not been blocked. If your google account has any panos with "unknown place id" shown you will need to fix it first as it means your client profile does not have this pano so it may give you a wrong impression that it could be blocked by AI. Fix it first by republishing the tour and then return to troubleshooting using the paragraph above. I do not think that deleting and republishing the tour just to fix blocked by AI 360s will ever gets them unblocked. When I experienced it in 2024 I republished my client tour a few dozen times and all blocked 360 remined blocked despite of it. There are still blocked which you can see in this tour You can even see the arrow is there and pointing to one spot. The next spot is shown on my account and either does not open or shows black screen. There is nothing shown in that spot that can break any policy. I have done a lot of locations for this business and it is always the same type of design for their office. Now if you turn around and get out of their office in a hall and go to the right you will see a long hall in which Google blocked another 3 or four panos. As you can see it is simple white wall hall with just doors. This is a huge issue that you can't even report to Google for urgent fix. You may end up working hours and deliver nothing. P.S. I do not think this tour is even working now. It did work after I spent days on fixing it. Now it is broken again. Doing it for clients becomes highly problematic. It looks like all my excluded and blocked 360 are still in the hall and it does not let me walk through it at some points. |
