Hi All,

What does a REALTOR think of all the digital assets that were generated from a Giraffe PRO Camera beta test shoot?

Stay tuned ...

In this episode of the WGAN-TV Podcast, Guest Host Tom Sparks (Founder and CEO, Sparks Media Group) sits down with REALTOR Mike Martin of InMotion Real Estate to explore the real-world impact of the Giraffe PRO Camera on real estate marketing.

Together, they conduct a hands-on “asset review” of a real property scan — 330 Sussex Circle in Vacaville, California — to evaluate every deliverable that the Giraffe360 platform automatically produces: 3D virtual tours, HDR photos, detailed floor plans, and a short-form marketing video.

Mike shares his first impressions of the visual quality, accuracy, and workflow efficiency, while Tom explains how the all-in-one system streamlines production for REALTORS and media professionals. Their discussion highlights how the Giraffe PRO Camera eliminates the need for multiple vendors, reduces turnaround time to as little as 24 hours, and provides consistent, professional results across every listing.

Key takeaways include

► The ability to create complete marketing packages from a single scan session.
► How Giraffe360’s automated HDR and floor plan generation save hours of post-production time.
► The marketing value of pairing 3D virtual tours with accurate measurements and auto-generated videos.
► The business advantage of offering same-day or next-day delivery to clients.

By the end of this WGAN-TV Podcast episode, viewers will understand how Giraffe360 enables REALTORS and real estate media professionals to elevate their listings, build brand consistency, and deliver faster results — all while simplifying their workflow.

Transcript (video above)

Tom: Hey everyone, I’m here with Mike Martin, a REALTOR® with InMotion Real Estate (www.InMotionREca.com). We recently did a 3D virtual tour using the Giraffe PRO Camera (offer.giraffe360.com/wgan) at one of his listings — 330 Sussex Circle, Vacaville, California 95687. Today, we’re doing what I’m calling an asset review of everything that comes from the Giraffe360 platform. I want to show Mike the results, get his natural reactions, and hear his thoughts about how useful the assets might be for his business.

Tom: Let’s dive in. I’m going to share my screen so we can go through everything together. Can you see the screen okay?

Mike: Yes, I can.

Tom: Great. So the first thing we’re looking at is the 3D virtual tour created with the Giraffe PRO Camera. I’ll hit play so you can see the walkthrough experience.

Mike: Wow, this is really smooth. The transitions between points are seamless — not jerky at all like some of the other systems I’ve seen.

Tom: Yeah, that’s one of the things I really like about Giraffe360. It gives you that same high-end feel as some of the more expensive platforms, but it’s all automated. And since this was shot with the Giraffe PRO, everything — the HDR photos, floor plans, and 3D tour — is captured in a single scan session.

Mike: That’s pretty impressive. I like how sharp the images are. You can clearly read details, even in the smaller areas of the house.

Tom: Right. And you’ll notice, too, that the color accuracy is solid — whites look neutral, and there’s no harsh contrast. It’s true-to-life, which is a big deal when buyers are looking online.

Mike: Yeah, the quality is great. I also noticed the movement feels a little faster than Matterport, which I like. It makes the experience more natural.

Tom: Exactly. Giraffe360’s virtual tours are built for quick navigation. That’s helpful for real estate agents who want to keep viewers engaged — especially when people are scrolling through multiple listings.

Mike: Definitely. When buyers can move smoothly through a space like this, they stay on the listing longer, and that’s the goal.

Tom: Let’s move over to the next asset — the HDR still photos. These are automatically generated and delivered to your Giraffe360 dashboard. I’ll scroll through a few so you can get a sense of the range.

Mike: These look amazing. I like how every image feels evenly lit — the windows aren’t blown out, and the darker corners are still bright.

Tom: Exactly. The camera’s built-in HDR system balances light levels really well. You don’t have to bracket or edit afterward, which saves a ton of time.

Tom: Alright, let’s move to the floor plan — one of the assets that comes automatically with every Giraffe PRO scan.

Mike: That’s really nice. It gives a clean, professional layout without feeling cluttered.

Tom: Yeah, and what’s cool here is that you get both a 2D black-and-white floor plan and a 3D version. The dimensions are automatically generated using LiDAR-based measurements from the camera, so you don’t need to measure anything manually.

Mike: I can definitely see the value in that. I’ve had buyers ask for floor plans, especially when they’re relocating or buying sight unseen.

Tom: Exactly — and having the measurements built right into the visuals adds another level of credibility. It’s one thing to show nice photos, but when you pair that with a dimensioned floor plan, it builds trust.

Mike: I also like that everything comes together automatically — the photos, the 3D tour, and the floor plan.

Tom: That’s one of Giraffe360’s strongest selling points. You just set up the tripod, hit start, and the camera does the rest. The images are uploaded automatically, and within about 24 hours, you get all your assets delivered.

Mike: That’s huge. I’ve used other systems that require multiple uploads and some manual post-processing. This seems a lot more streamlined.

Tom: Exactly — it’s designed for agents who want speed and simplicity without sacrificing quality.

Tom: Now, let’s look at one of my favorite parts — the marketing video that’s generated automatically from the same scan.

Mike: Oh, I didn’t realize it creates a video too.

Tom: Yep, it does. It takes highlights from the scan — both the 3D views and stills — and compiles them into a short video reel. You can use it for YouTube, social media, or even as a video embed in your listing page.

Mike: That’s really convenient. A lot of agents pay separately for video walkthroughs, and this could easily replace that.

Tom: Exactly. And you can download it right from the Giraffe360 dashboard — no editing software needed.

Tom: So Mike, now that you’ve seen the virtual tour, photos, floor plan, and the auto-generated video, what are your overall impressions?

Mike: Honestly, I’m impressed. I didn’t expect the package to be this comprehensive. Usually, I’d have to coordinate with a photographer, a videographer, and someone for measurements. Here, it’s all in one — and the quality holds up across each piece.

Tom: That’s great to hear. I think that’s exactly what Giraffe360 was aiming for — to simplify the workflow for agents while still giving them that high-end presentation.

Mike: Yeah, and time is everything in real estate. The fact that I can get all of this the next day without chasing down different vendors makes it a big win.

Tom: How do you think your sellers will feel when you show them this?

Mike: They’re going to love it. When I can tell them their listing will have a 3D tour, professional HDR photos, floor plans, and a video — all within 24 hours — that’s a strong selling point. It helps me win more listings because I can show that I’m using advanced tools.

Tom: Exactly. Sellers want agents who can stand out in a competitive market. When they see this level of presentation, it instantly communicates professionalism and attention to detail.

Mike: And for buyers, this is next-level convenience. They can tour the home virtually, see accurate measurements, and even imagine how their furniture might fit before scheduling an in-person visit.

Tom: That’s a great point. It not only makes the home more marketable but also helps filter for serious buyers. People who contact you after exploring a 3D tour like this are usually ready to make a move.

Mike: Exactly — it saves time for everyone. Instead of fielding calls from people who just want to “take a look,” I’m getting calls from people who’ve already fallen in love with the property online.

Tom: And that’s where technology like this really proves its value. It’s not just about making listings look good — it’s about making your time more productive and your marketing more efficient.

Tom: So Mike, let’s talk about return on investment for a minute. From a business standpoint, if you could use a system like Giraffe360 for all your listings, what would that mean for your workflow and marketing budget?

Mike: It would simplify everything. I spend a lot of time scheduling photographers, waiting for edited photos, and sometimes coordinating separate floor plan providers. With Giraffe360, I could handle it all myself and have next-day turnaround. That kind of speed means I can get a property on the market faster — and that’s money in the bank.

Tom: Absolutely. In this business, time kills deals. Getting listings up quickly gives you an advantage, especially when buyers are searching daily.

Mike: And honestly, I don’t see a downside. The camera setup looks simple, the quality’s high, and the automation saves me both time and stress. Plus, it gives me a consistent look across all my listings.

Tom: That’s key — consistency builds your personal brand. When every listing has the same professional standard, people start recognizing your style.

Mike: Exactly. And with how visual real estate is today, that matters more than ever.

Tom: Well, Mike, thank you for walking through all this with me. I think your feedback really helps other agents understand what to expect when they start using Giraffe360 — especially those who might be wondering if it’s worth adding to their toolkit.

Mike: My pleasure. I’d recommend it to any agent who wants to modernize their marketing. It’s simple, fast, and professional — three things we all need more of.

Tom: Well said. And for our viewers, you can learn more about Giraffe360 at offer.giraffe360.com/wgan.

Tom: I’m Tom Sparks, Host of WGAN-TV Podcast. Thanks for watching, and we’ll see you in the next episode.
