I completely understand your frustration - the pushbacks have been disappointing, and I really appreciate how patient you and other early supporters have been. The decision to extend the beta phase wasn’t taken lightly; it’s been essential to make sure the technology performs exactly as it should before full rollout.

Just to clarify, only a deposit was taken at sign-up, and no full charge will be made until your unit is shipped. I understand there was an admin error that has since been resolved.

That said, if you’d prefer not to wait, we’d be happy to discuss bringing you into the beta stage instead. Beta partners are receiving early-access units right now, and it’s a great way to get hands-on experience ahead of launch while helping shape the final version.

	When will the rest of us receive ours? Giraffe has really dropped the ball on this. Members of this forum, myself included, paid money immediately to sign up for this and it has been delayed over and over and still not in our hands.
