Hello, For "fun" I am trying to retro-fit/import a large number of stitched DSLR equirectangular images to build a Matterport tour. There are some adjacent 360 images separated by closed doors (as not shot as a Matterport tour at the time) that will not align, as there is no line-of-sight. I was hoping to be able to rotate/align the imported 360 images and force them into the correct position in the Matterport app. Is there a way to make the Matterport app accept these images that will not align ? The attached image shows the two relative 360 positions (yellow X) and the door (red X) between them. Although, I have cut the door out of the model on Sketchfab - but it is there in reality. See: clickable text Any suggestions welcome. Thanks ![]() EDIT: I see that perhaps modeling as separate spaces and merging may be the solution? |

@GKing if the APP will not accept it and build it into the model there is not way to my knowledge to do it by just dropping it in. Good try. After saying that have you tried creating a second model then merging them together with the new merge tool that should allow you to cut a hole in the door and merge two models together with connecting doors. This feature should work for you. |
