| @lilnitsch see I don't understand evrybody was saying videos are selling real estate I was surprised to see nobody added to your post. I do not add videos I had to hard of a time mastering the technique, I added drone videos but that was about it. | ||

| Hey Lilnitsch, we have always sucked at video. So we played to our strength and pushed Matterport. But times change and agents think they need video for IG and TikTok. In the past we charged $100 for walkthrough video shot on iPhone and edited in-house. We also created slideshow reels from stills for $30. Now, we are rolling out AI enhanced 45 second videos with a target price of $50. AI video |
