Is it a leveling issue when scanning? I havent really had this problem before like I am with a current model. Is there a way to fix them? Or require a new scan?![]() |

@DigitalTwin Unfortunately the tuff questions are did you get any error messages, unstable camera, is there a chance the tripod could have moved slightly if no. then I would try reprocessing it and also as tech support to look at it to see if they could adjust the stitching issue. I would look at the individual 360 Photo and see if there is an issue there if there is no issue there then reprocessing should fix it.

Thanks Ron, I did get a couple of "unstable camera" errors and checked my tripod but couldnt find anything. Could there be an issue with the mount (Pro3)? Yes, I do see this same break in the scan photo. It's not at all consistent with other scans though which most are totally fine. weird.

@digitaltwin - If that error has only happened in that one scan, then most likely it’s an anomaly caused by the tripod shifting or being bumped. If it was happening regularly then I would guess that something is wrong with the HDrive (motor that rotates the camera).

@DigitalTwin This is a long shot, if you download one photo, flatten it out, if the stitching error is in the main field you maybe able to use some photo edit software with AI to bring it together heal it without doing to much damage to the overall photo. Check it in a pano-viewer if it looks good, then re-upload it thru your Ipad and attempt to process it. You might have a slight issue but you maybe able to correct it to the point is not as noticeable.
