| If I was the CEO of Giraffe, I would make sure every real estate agent in the United States knows about my company. There is no substitute for high quality DSLR photography. Which is now something I love to do. I've tried Giraffe and Matterport for their claims of stunning MLS ready photos, the truth is nothing comes close to real cameras & Good editing. Suffice to say, I think this package is a good fit for DIY real estate brokerages & agents. The floor plans are gorgeous. Anything is better than smartphone photos. | ||

I have some questions for Mikus Opelts. 1 - Will self-hosting of Giraffe Pro tours be an option? 2 - What is the pixel resolution of the equirectangular panos that Giraffe Pro creates? 3 - Can we download these maximum-resolution equirectangular panos? 4 - Can we, or will we be able to, retouch 360 panos and re-install them to a tour? 5 - I read that 2D stills exported from your system are 2000 x 1500 pixels. Exported Matterport stills are currently 6400 x 4267 (3:2 format). Have you plans, and does the Giraffe Pro camera have the ability to deliver higher resolution 2D stills? 6 - What is the cost of the Giraffe Pro camera, and the cost of processing and ongoing hosting long term? All virtual tours are hosted through the Giraffe360 platform. This ensures seamless delivery, performance consistency, and support across devices. However, users do have the option to download the individual panorama files if they’d like to use them elsewhere outside of the platform. 2 - What is the pixel resolution of the equirectangular panos that Giraffe Pro creates? The equirectangular panoramas produced by the Giraffe Pro camera are 10,000 x 5,000 pixels, offering high-resolution detail suitable for web display, editing, or alternative platform use. 3 - Can we download these maximum-resolution equirectangular panos? Yes, users can download the full 10,000 x 5,000 resolution panoramas directly from the Giraffe360 Content Studio. 4 - Can we, or will we be able to, retouch 360 panos and re-install them to a tour? No, this isn’t currently possible and not on our development roadmap. While panoramas can be downloaded and edited externally, they cannot be re-uploaded into the platform or inserted back into Giraffe-hosted tours. All tour content must originate from a Giraffe360 camera to ensure consistency and compatibility with our automated processing systems. 5 - I read that 2D stills exported from your system are 2000 x 1500 pixels. Exported Matterport stills are currently 6400 x 4267 (3:2 format). Have you plans, and does the Giraffe Pro camera have the ability to deliver higher resolution 2D stills? Yes, while 2000 x 1500 is one of the standard export options, Giraffe Pro currently supports exporting 2D stills at up to 5333 x 3000 resolution. This is the highest available output at present and offers strong clarity for most web and print use cases. 6 - What is the cost of the Giraffe Pro camera, and the cost of processing and ongoing hosting long term?
