Anyone getting pushback on wall and ceiling colors in Matterport tours? I just got a 2nd complaint about a furious client upset of how the Matterport tour misrepresents the colors in the home from gray walls looking blue to ceilings looking yellow. At first thought one would think the light bulbs can offset a rooms colors. After reviewing the still photos and seeing other Matterport locations, some angles look fine while others are clearly out of touch with reality. Curious if anyone else has gotten similar feedback in the last month. I get the market is becoming a buyers market and sellers will become more picky than the past. Virtual Tours are a tool like floor plans to give a general layout, not to be used as 100% accurate representations of a property. My last tune up for the camera with Matterfix was probably a year ago. So I'm thinking calibration might not be my first instinct as new ownership of technology by Costar could be the defining issue if others are getting similar feedback in the recent past. Anyone else had to combat this newly emerged issue? MatterCrap Examples (Greige isn't helping) |

I know they lean a bit too orange, but those example are pretty rough. I use the pro3 which is a little better with these issues but not perfect. If it really matters to the client, they should replace all interior bulbs with daylight temp. | ||
