Each share you hold will be bought from you for $2.75 in cash and $2.75 in CoStar stock, at whatever value CoStar stock has at the time. If you hold the CoStar stock, its value will be tied to the company overall, not just Matterport, which would be a division of CoStar. I have some MTTR shares that I'll probably hold until the acquisition. After that, who knows.
