- My name is Mike Brown, and my team is called the Educators Realty Group. We are Realtors in Springfield, Missouri, and there's a group of about eight of us that are licensed Realtors who are former educators. I felt like I need to be proactive and join what looks like is going to be the next wave.

And Homes.com felt like it was ahead of the curve on taking care of clients and agents for the next generation.
