| Hi All - I'm sure that this has been posted before, but I can't seem to find it. Is there a service out there that can take a floor plan and turn it into a 3D walkthrough (as with Matterport, or as in a video)? Want to use this with a developer of high $ spec homes. Thanks, Keith |

| In my portfolio are three solutions for this: https://getfloorplan.com/ - quick and easy AI tool For a more customizable service solution I would probably contact https://boxbrownie.com And for full customization I would try Coohom (video) or Twinmotion for more experienced 3D users. But I know there are more services out there, let's see what comes up in this thread. |

| Learn Blender 3D, you can do it there and much much more. There are addons for it that let you build a space from a floor plan. For staging and textures you can use BlenderKit that comes in free version but it is better to pay $10-20/month to get access to all models and textures. If you need something less complicated then Coohom or HomeStyler. When I was choosing which one to try and test from these two HomeStyler seemed to be the same but cheaper. |
