Dear all, I have an urgent issue:

I was scanning with Pro3, I left pro3 for a distance and lost connection.When I return, the apps frozen. I restarted the apps but it stuck at logo page forever.

I tried to restart my iOS but situation remains.

Any brother got similar situation and can successfully solved?
