Captur3D Video Placement Advice Please19441

DEGMedia private msg quote post Address this user
Hi Guys

I hope that this isn't too off-topic. I'm having issues with embedding video panels in Captur3d. I've tried uploading (files as low as 5-10 mb) but it takes an age (if at all) for the UI to recognise

I'm attempting to place a video and bring up the video placement controls to resize and refine it's location. I also tried the links option to stream from Youtube but it's the same.

I've tried different browsers and machines and I have a fast steady internet fibre connection. I wondered if it struggles to recognise a plane before placing the video so I tried using the floor, walls etc.

Is there a tip or trick that I'm missing?

Thanks

Hi @DEGMedia Alex here from the CAPTUR3D Team. Thanks for flagging this issue. Can you let me know what file type you are using?

I haven't come across this issue on my side, so it would be great to schedule a brief online call so we can troubleshoot the issue together. You can book in a time that works for you via my booking/meeting link here (please ensure you select your correct timezone from the dropdown menu) https://app.hubspot.com/meetings/alex475

Alternatively, please email me over the file at alex@captur3d.io so I can take a look on my side and I'll get back to you asap.

Thanks,
Alex
