Anyone posting a virtual tour link in their MLS? Where is it directing the consumer to (My.matterport, personal site, etc)

Anyone have some ideas on how to get exposure for the 3d tour.

I have linked many to mls and icx. My experiences have been very positive linking to the multimedia or virtual button. I do not link directly to the Matterport site since I can't get any metrics on hits so I create a dedicated webpage for each that has Google Analytics and points the potential buyers to the realtor with their specific contact info. Also some listings have two Matterport models, while others have video virtual tours and models. Regarding marketing I have some ideas. Call me @ 587-877-7226!

My clients post the My.MatterPort links directly to their MLS which appears to work on most platforms including Zillow and Trulia.

I also offer a hosting solution that presents the scan, photos, map and listings detail in a lightly skinned tabbed environment. This works with most MLS systems as well.

You will need to upload it manually to Realtor.com as they are not yet an approved 3D provider.

Thanks JT I will call you tomorrow.
Dan, have you not had any success posting the link on a virtual page in your mlx and letting that syndicate to Realtor.com?

@Jesse Can you post some links to the listings your talking about with " some listings have two Matterport models, while others have video virtual tours and models"

Just wanting to see what's out there. Are you an agent yourself?

Thanks

Hi @alx3D.

I'd love to.

Here is an example of a link that has two models (condo on the fifth floor and a garage/storage area in the basement they wanted to feature):

And here is an example of a home that has both a video and a showcase:

No I am not an agent. I offer 3D modelling/showcase creation services, floor plans, and online marketing.

Have an amazing day!
