I really hope society isn't going into this pretend looking imaginary world. Our as built existent structures look much better than this AI stuff. We might as well just make real estate listings into cartoon frames.

I believe it is just post processing for Nerf capture by applying some style. Looks interesting from an artistic point but not so much as a real world application. I will need to try it again but with my first attempt using Nerf with Luma AI I must say I could not find much 3D details for an object captured in terms of working with it in 3D software. And when I tried to get mesh for the whole scene it was all messed up even worse.

Research into editable nerf scenes, check out the 3 minute mark in the video down on this page. Virtual staging within nerf will be possible before the end of the year.

I like the floor plan at 3:30...

But rotation objects at 4:40. Wow, that was what "they did in the movie "Enemy of the State" and I was like, "no way they would ever be able to do that."
