|@samwoolford it has a flaw, if I don't want to get tracked, then I can't see the tour. There are other providers that also offer the lead gen before entering the tour. But that also is flawed as the client does not get verified. It is just also slowing down the client from seeing the tour.
Secondly, agents won't pay for the tours not even if they are $50.00, we have been selling cameras to them makes it much easier, as when they do the math it is cheaper to do the`màtterport in-house, why pay an MSP if they can save thousands a year doing it in-house, yes there are lazy agents also I know that. And MSP's scanning for peanuts, but again that is their own little downward spiral.
10 ten points above are like a broken record by now, agents and agencies don't care about that.
Rather then trying to steal our customers or doing the scanning themselves as Matterport, why didn't they invest in educating the end users? Oh yes right that was what the MSP's did and built. So it is the reason Matterport has such. a slow growth and adoption rate. It is nice to have for a customer, but do they really use it after a month or two, maybe 90% no. I have been doing this for almost 7 years and know what I am talking about.
Wondering why anybody from Matterport HQ is on this forum anymore, are we not good enough to engage with? But if you don't want to listen on the boots on the ground, let your stock prices fall harder.
