Hi All,

This drone photographer scam has been reported in the WGAN Forum many times.

Just wanted to give you a heads-up that I received it today (Wednesday, 21 December 2023).

Got a suggested response I should send?

Happy holidays,

Dan

Thanks for sending this out and reminding me - I just got one of these yesterday as a message via my web site (which almost never happens - so it's a security hole I need to close). When I replied and requested a property address (a few times), they sent me an address at the end of a road out in the woods just to the north of me. The supposed client claimed he had a budget of $4,500. But it got too weird too fast.

BTW - what is it these guys are trying to get out of this scam (other than to be obnoxious to small service providers)?
