It's called HTTP Referer header: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_referer So technically matterport can give the option of forbid urls from virtual tours are embedded or linked. But I think the most easy thing is include contact name (name/telephone/url) of the owner in the matterport house title.
