| All sales agents (Realtor® if a member of NAR) are independent contractors in the USA. You have to sell to each one. Offices are just money making machines for the brokers. Most good agents will not be found in an office anymore. There have been several posts, summarized as "realtors are stupid they don't get it" but most people on here don't understand who you are talking to and haven't adjusted the value proposition.
