When I transfer 360 panoramas from Matterport to Google streetview through MP's interface and my name appears on that 3D tour, or panorama on Google maps, is that now my property and I own the copyright?

One step further, do I own the 360 panoramas that I create with my matterport camera with the Matterport interface?

For Google you have probably granted them full rights.

Photos that you create from a MP tour should normally be your copyright. If a client wants to use images, I point out that the copyright is mine but I grant them rights to use those images for marketing and social media use.
