| Depends on the listing. I would pause the shoot and see how the sell is proceeding. If it looks iffy then I shoot it. | ||

| When that happens, I get a call from the realtor to cancel the shoot. Many realtors will take a quick exterior shot of a home and put it on MLS as soon as they get the listing. If it's a decent home in a good location, it will sometimes sell in 1 or 2 days...before I can get there. Just happened yesterday. Right now houses are selling for over asking price in my market. When I get a call I try to book it for the next day if possible. I don't charge cancellation fees unless I show up to the job and it's cancelled. |
