Ethan works on the business development team at Matterport (Over $100M in funding, DCM, Qualcomm, Felicis, Lux, and more) bringing a high speed, easy to use 3D reality capture platform to the AEC, insurance, and facilities management sectors. Currently, he oversees the company’s partnership and growth strategy for its Design/Build/Operate business unit. Prior to joining Matterport, he worked as Director of Business Development for the Israel Ministry of Economy in San Francisco assisting frontier Israeli technology companies in the fields of mixed reality, computer vision, and artificial intelligence manage their operations and business development efforts in the U.S.

Jose L. Cruz
Managing Director, Integrated Projects


Jose Cruz is focused on the digitization of real estate, working at the intersection of architecture, reality capture, and data analytics.

He is the Founder of Integrated Projects, a global building intelligence company combining design and data analytics services for enterprise owners and operators. His diverse team of specialists work with clients like Salesforce, Equinox, Knotel, and Columbia University to digitally transform their real estate portfolio delivering quicker, smarter, and more accurate projects—at scale.

To date, his team has digitized over 4 million square feet in 150 buildings across 10 cities across the world, resulting in outsized advantages for his clients seeking to grow, optimize, and transition their portfolio into the digital era.

Jose was trained in architecture, construction management, and BIM. Prior to founding IP, he worked in leadership roles at Tishman Construction and Robert AM Stern Architects, before moving into an executive role at UA Builders Group, a construction firm subsequently acquired by WeWork in 2018.

He received his Master of Architecture from Columbia University and his Bachelors Degree in Design from the University of Florida. He currently resides in New York City, seeking to invest in women and minority placemakers shaping the spaces where we live and work.
