Commission Rates in UK are a Challenge1351

ScanMan private msg quote post Address this user
Hi - I've recently taken delivery of a Matterport camera. My work will mainly be complimenting my USA and Europe film and photo shoots but I may be taking on the odd job here in the UK if I can find any clients that are willing to pay what the service is worth. From Experience I'm doubtful anyone will be getting rich from being a Matterport owner here in England due to the low commission rates for agents But I'd love to be proven wrong.

Have no idea what the commission is for.agents but you're correct, there must be an expectation of profit

1% commission is typical in the UK with a majority of the houses being much smaller and compact compared to USA. We are a tiny little soggy island with a lot crammed onto it :-)
