I'm not much of a Matterport apologist, but how is this them selling direct to your clients? This is a generic video about the AEC use case.

If they were calling/emailing your clients based on information you provided to them, then I would consider that as interference.

I personally have no problem with this video. I think an MSP could even use it to get more jobs.

Or what am I missing?

They are selling the camera, not the service.
Example 1. "Architects, engineers, and construction professionals are always on the hunt for new tools... Introducing the Matterport Pro 2 Camera..."
Example 2. "Here's how it works - 1. Scan YOUR job site..."
Example 3. "The Pro 2 saves you both time and money"

It doesn't take an English professor to catch that they are speaking directly to AEC professionals and trying to sell the camera directly to them and cutting out the MSPs.
