missing adresse in Google Street View by Matterport

	Hi, I created a 3D walkthrough and also added 360º Views of the parking lot for my clients office. The 360º Views are shown in Highlight Reel. Before publishing to Google Street View, in the third step 'REVIEW AND PUBLISH', I chose option number two: 'Include your curated images from the Showcase Highlight Reel - Add images that are in your Showcase Highlight Reel to the Google My Business listing page. Before publishing, you can adjust what images are included in your Highlight Reel in the Workshop tool.' As a result, when I click on my clients office in Google Maps, I see only the 360º Views with the address of my client in Google Street View – 'Štúrová 11, Bratislava, Slovakia'. I can't see the 3D walkthrough of the office. I don't understand why can't I see the 3d walkthrough with its address ('Štúrová 11, Bratislava, Slovakia'). When you publish you need to enter a place name(GMB Listing name) not a street address. if you did it with just a street address it is not a surprise you have them published under unknown place name.

I would just go back to Matterport and click edit on the Google app there, enter the name and click publish. If it does not fix a problem with unknown name then you will need to delete the tour from Google and publish it again with a correct GMB listing name.

I am not sure what the second option in publisher does but it seems it should just publish flat photos under a specified GMB listing but it won't include any 360 or 3D scans. if you want to publish a whole 3D tour you should always use the first option in their Google publisher app. It will publish all non-hidden scans and create connections between them. It won't publish any 360 though.

And from my recent experience for a google maps tour for my local school. There are currently some problems on Google which they are aware of and working on fixing them. These at least include the following:

a)a published tour will appear under a photographer profile on Google Maps straight away but it is not going to be shown under the place profile that the tour is done for. The place name for the tour will be shown correctly under the photographer profile but when you go to the place listing none of the scan points will be shown there.

b)It may take 2-4 days just for tour donuts to appear on Google Maps. The tour will be there and if you know where to drop the pegman to enter it it will open your 360 but you won't see points for each 360 marked with blue circles(donuts)

And in case you are not aware, all 360 panoramas are usually appear on Google Maps straight away no matter where you are publishing them from (Matterport, Pano2VR etc). However linking between them usually takes days to start working. That's how it always works.

In my school tour some links appeared on 3rd day after publishing and all links started working on the 5th day.
The tour still invisible under the school profile but that's because of the problem "a" described above.
