| If I have to find sellers I might as well get my license and be their agent too. If I bump into one in the normal course of operations I would refer them to the agent I think is the best fit... but I'm not going to prospect for them. There are ethics issues related to receiving compensation for referring a listing as well. Could be construed as an illegal commission in Texas. In Texas a Broker (and agent) cannot pay commission to an unlicensed person, nor give any thing of value. I'm paraphrasing, but I do know that the law covers service providers such as title companies, inspectors, etc. and I would expect it to cover Photographers. |

| That would certainly work @DanSmigrod, but I'd rather show the agent how to do that so that they get the attention and credit. Number one rule in sales is not to outshine the sales rep. | ||

| I often post in my social media to a) show the brokers/builders/clients how to ‘advertise'; b) bump the stats up; c) you never know who will see it and be interested. It’s happened before for me. | ||
