Folks, some of you may be challenged with Stay at Home orders or deemed essential which means you’re probably busy.

However, don’t succumb to low pricing or have someone offer you low pricing because you’re not busy. For example, 5 towns, five different businesses on a Saturday afternoon two hours away for $500 or an apartment complex starting at $75 and topping out at $100 for two bedroom apartment.... which does not include a 1 hour drive.

Thus, stay safe, do your very best work and I promise you, we’ll all come out better on the other end.

If you’re not able to photograph, learn your craft, try out new techniques or take some online educational offerings such as Creative Live, Real Estate Photography Webinars / Podcasts from Rich Baum / Shooting Spaces or Nathan Cool on YouTube.

I price in a way that I calculate works best for my business, and my employees. Period.
I have been offering Matterport as an affordable add-on to our photography services. Pricing is based on that. My goal has been to grow our customer base of agents, and have a higher percentage of those folks consider Matterport scans to be a part of their marketing package, and include it in their listing sales pitch. Then I'd like more agents to incorporate that business model going forward and for my business to be the "go-to" source for one stop real estate marketing today and in the future.
