Sign in front of our neighbor's house. (Not one of our real estate agent clients!)
I noticed that our neighbor - two doors down - has a For Sale sign on the front yard.
It's not one of our real estate agent clients! Ugh!
While our neighbor may vaguely recall that "I created 3D Tours for real estate," I failed to communicate the following (when they asked me - a long time ago - what I do):
✓ I provide a free service to homeowners to help them sell their home by getting the most offers, for the most money - faster - with the least amount of stress.
✓ when they likely would have asked how, "via a digital twin, 27/7 open house of the home with a Google Street View like experience on Steroids."
✓ when they likely would have asked how free, "because the real estate agent pays us."
✓ if you tell family, friends and neighbors - "I am a real estate photographers" - consider stop doing that and use the story above. Family, friends and neighbors don't need a real estate photographer. They do need to (eventually) sell their home - or someone they know needs to sell their home - with the most offers, for the most money - faster - with the least amount of stress.
