Hi everybody....
So.....I have a surgeon who I work with that is building a house. He has architectural floor plans, and we was wondering if there is any way to convert those floor plans into a Matterport Style Tour???
Is there any way to do anything like that? I would think that he could get a 3D floor plan, which would be a great start.

I did a presentation for a real estate group this morning, and one of the commercial realtors, who does construction, asked a very similar question.

Just wondering what is out there for these types of scenarios.

THANKS!!!

Mark

This is possible using something like Unreal Engine. It will take some development and animation skills, but it's possible.

Here is a project one company did: Buildmedia

You just need a 3D software to model the space with rendering capabilities to output 360 panorama. Then you need a Virtual Tour software to link together the panoramas in a tour and with a map.
If you want the 3D model to fly through, yes, you need Unreal.
