|As a relative newcomer to real estate photography, I’d love to read an article or just hear advice from wily veterans on how the real estate game is changing and how photographers/videographers can best adapt. What new services to offer? Where should we invest our time and money to best serve this market and be competitive?|

|Say to realtor: ‘imagine you could show a potential buyer 10 homes in 10 minutes’.
They’ll quickly see that you are thinking about optimising their time, their most valuable commodity with a memorable brand experience.
This tech filters out the time-wasters.
Help them find and focus on the serious buyers.
Help them stand out as a tech savvy realtor, resulting in winning bigger listings and attracting good talent.

|@KeithMitchell Recently, I received an email from a large, multi-state, real estate media provider, who is a formidable competitor to any operator in one of their markets. Contained in the email was an article about trends for 2020. If all the quoted stats are correct, it is worthy of re-quoting, because those agents who do not modify their habits may well just get left in the dust of their competitors who do conform.
Anyhow, here is the link: https://www.virtuance.com/blog/hottest-real-estate-marketing-trends-in-2020/
