I submitted a tour last night [Thursday, 9 August 2018] that was fully uploaded at 10 pm. It's now 7:30 am and it's still processing. MP really needs to do something to upgrade their system for faster turnaround. Of course, support doesn't up until noon my time. |

| @fotoguy While you are waiting, make one small trim change so that you can submit the model again. (Matterport does not charge more for reprocessing the same model.) Perhaps it was just a hiccup on the first one submitted ... worth a try. (Please do let us know what Matterport Support says.) Best, Dan |
