| Is there any other way an agent can download a tour for offline viewing, other than making a seperate folder for their tour and allowing access through collaboration? | ||

| You can download tours for offline viewing by downloading Matterport’s “Showcase” app. It only works for iOS devices (iPad or iPhone). Once the app is downloaded, you'll notice there are 3 tabs at the bottom: "Featured", "Downloaded" and "Cloud". Click on "Cloud" and then click on the search icon (magnifying glass) on the top right side of the screen. It will ask you "Enter Space ID". That space ID is the 11 character alpha-numeric code of the model. E.g. https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=XXXXXXXXXXX, the space ID is the X’s. |
