MRED MLS Posting: Midwest Real Estate Data?6375

| Hi all, I have a new client who needs to post the Matterport space I just did for her on MRED which stands for Midwest Real Estate Data. I believe it is a MLS listing site that her Coldwell Banker Office post's all their listings to. I did give her the MLS compliant files but she was having trouble posting it there. The IT person in her office isn't available until Monday and she's having an open house for the property on Sunday and would like to have it posted before then. I know it's very short notice, but if anyone has knowledge of the MRED service and what their requirements might be it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Ross |

| Literally just had this issue with a client that uses the same platform... the backend of their system is called ConnectMLS. Here is how to add it: Log on to connectMLS Click on the Listings tab Click on the Add/Edit Virtual Tour link (right-hand side) Enter the Listing Number (and click submit) Add the appropriate Matterport URL link and click SAVE IMPORTANT: Make sure they are entering the URL only, not the embed code. |
