| Hi folks, I have captured a 4000 m2 factory with 301 scan and succed to process. There is no problem to navigate it on mobile or desktop. However, i can not edit it at workshop to make a highlite real, add mattertag, etc. Has anyone had same problem even ı have fairly fast şnternet connection. Any idea about what to do? (I have requested suport from matterport as well) Thanks... Ali |

| Hi Ali, I've edited several slightly over 300 scans without any issues although I do sometimes find Chrome to be faster at loading workshop than Safari. Have you tried loading workshop in a different web browser or on a different computer? Also try clearing the cache & history on the browser. Regards, Richard |

| Hi Ali, Sure it's large but load normaly in the workshop my side... but take huge amount of memomy (around 1 GB)... For info i'm using chrome as well. Regards, Olivier |
