Just wondering if anyone else has had problems getting a response from iGuide Sales. Contacted them several times over the past week, but no one contacts me back. I don't know if they're backed up with work.

I am in the same boat... Mike has been very busy and Kevin has been traveling... I am expecting them to get back to me with their final answer this week. The latest hold up was also because they were trying to contact the one current provider they have issuing in my area... I am very excited to buy the camera but am beginning to get impatient.
