Hi all,

When you have some faulty scans and you need to go back and rescan the affected areas, can I rescan on the existing model or you need to open a new model and rescan the whole thing?

@CKC same model. It's easy. (You may need to find a location where nothing - or close to nothing - moved.

(Best NOT to delete any faulty scans. Simply deactivate them in 3D Workshop.)

If you do want to delete scans, make a duplicate of the model so that you can always revert to the original.

When you re-scan, does the original scan remain in your showcase files? Or should the old scan be overwritten, so you only see one for the property?

@Mikesobay both remain. In 3D Workshop, disable scans you do not want walkable.
