| Is it holiday in USA right now? If so when will the holiday finishes and Matterport start to work? I have to reach international sales manager, I mailed, called but I could not reached until now. Being in a foreign country and very different time zone make it difficult to Synchronize. Does anybody has an opinion about how to reach? |

| I have left MP support a message 5 days ago and no response. The last support email I sent got a response whopping 3 weeks later. I don't even count on any help from MP anymore. |

| few days ago i had an e-mail from matterport, here is part of that e-mail: I will also mention that Matterport will recognize our National holiday schedule later this month. Matterport will be closed between 12/24 - 12/28. In recognition of our holiday, our international team will be traveling beginning 12/21 to 12/31. Access to e-mail and phone will be limited during this time. |
