Matterport Application Error Code -113045

Anyone get one of these errors? I cannot upload the model or even delete a 360 view or scan without getting an error. I contacted support but they are very slow to respond.
When I try to delete a 360 view or delete a scan I get "Application Error (Code -11) Contact Matterport Technical Support".
When I try to upload the model I get "Upload Error (Code -11) Contact Matterport Technical Support".
The iPad Air 2 is updated as is the capture software. I have over 10GB free space and the model is only comprised of 75 scans and 6 360 views.

Backup the files from the app connected(wired)to iTunes. (Drag to Desktop)

Delete and reinstall the app.

That's what I would do.

Backups and reinstall isn't advised as we use 6 ipads on one itunes account. Support is still looking into it. There is some correlation with the 360 views - thinking it's more on the Capture App side.

There was an update to the capture app last week that was supposed to fix uploading issues. I had issues myself and had to manually extract the tours using iexplorer and send to MP to be processed manually. Ended up backing up tours and re installing capture app.
