| I am having trouble figuring out how to hide spins after the tour is done in the work shop. I hit hide and it does NOT stick or allow me to re-publish... Any help out there ??? Thanks Douglas |

| 1: Make sure you´re logged in to the Matterport account with an admin user. 2: Try another browser. 3: Try clearing the cache in the browser. 4: Turn your computer off and on again. Sorry about some of these suggestions, might seem obvious to try, but hard to know if you´ve already done so. |

| So none of this is working... When I go to hide it, it turns grey but does NOT allow me to publish so none of the hide seem to work. I guess I'll just re-upload it without the spins ... thanks All.. |
