| are you talking about uploading (data going out of the Ipad) or computing/converting (waiting for Matterport to send back the link). If it's stuck on the uploading part, I would try to restart the app (and maybe even the ipad). It shouldn't take longer than a few minutes. On larger scans (165 is a large scan), 6-7H is about a good average to receive the link back from Matterport. I don't know what can cause longer delays (larger number of scans coming in at the same time maybe?). Be patient, and good luck!  Matt |
