| I received an email stating the floorplan was unable to be completed due a change in camera height. The monopod was not adjusted during the capture process and I have never dealt with this error before. It is needed for a Showcase listing, and I would really like to be able to fix the issue without having to recapture the home. Here is the email info I received... We apologize for the inconvenience. We were unable to finish the floor plan. There was information missing from the capture. The floor plan for this tour was not able to be completed because there was a change in camera height detected somewhere within the capture. This may mean the camera was raised or lowered, or taken off of the monopod/tripod completely. The 3D tour is still usable, but we are unable to create a floor plan. I reached out via email and they replied... There was a change in camera height detected between the Dining Room & Foyer, to be exact. Because of this, we are unable to create the floor plan. Has anyone had this error before or any ideas of how to fix the issue? There was multiple panoramas of the Dining Room, so I thought maybe deleting the one causing the issue and reuploading might solve the problem. Any thoughts? Thanks! |

| @8643d You have an issue here I haven't encountered. I think your idea is worth pursuing, though! If the height issue anomaly was caused by that one scan, maybe removing it will enable the system to complete the floor plan. I suggest that you remove that scan and then email Support to alert them that you re-submitted the tour. They may be able to remove the scan themselves, too. Good luck! Let us know what was able to be done. |

| I contacted support and explained that the camera height was not changed, and that there were two panoramas of the Dining Room. A couple of hours later, the floorplans were completed. They didn't give me any explanation on how they were able to resolve the "issue" | ||
