Hi All,

[Transcript (below)]
===========================

On Wednesday (12 November 2025), I visited with Jānis Beinerts, Senior Product Designer at Giraffe360, to take a deep dive into the newly launched Giraffe PRO Camera and the upgraded Giraffe360 platform built for real estate photographers.

We walked through the full suite of deliverables that come from a single property scan — the property website, AI-enhanced photos, 3D virtual tour, floor plans, multiple video styles, and more. All of these are created automatically through the Giraffe360 processing pipeline, and it’s impressive to see how much is bundled into one workflow.

Jānis explained how the Giraffe PRO Camera isn’t just a hardware upgrade. It’s part of a larger ecosystem where hardware, software, AI, and automation work together to produce a complete multichannel marketing package. That combination is designed to help photographers provide more value to agents through higher engagement, longer time-on-page, more clicks, and ultimately more leads.

We walked through a real example of a single property website generated by the system. Jānis showed how HDR photos, floor plans, and property details are automatically organized into a clean presentation. Some data comes directly from the platform — like location and measured area — while other fields can be edited to fine-tune the listing.

One of the most compelling features we discussed is the platform’s ability to generate multiple styles of marketing videos without shooting any video at all. The advanced AI reconstruction tools make it possible to produce a full video suite entirely from the Giraffe PRO Camera capture data. For real estate photographers, this creates a new offering without adding extra work onsite.

Throughout the conversation, I asked Jānis to break down not just what the system does, but why these tools matter for photographers looking to scale. The bigger picture is clear: multichannel marketing, powered by automation and AI, is changing what’s possible in real estate media creation.

If you haven't seen the episode yet, I recommend giving it a watch — especially if you're exploring ways to expand your deliverables with less time onsite and more automation on the back-end.

Questions about the Giraffe PRO Camera or Giraffe360 platform?

Transcript (video above)

Dan Smigrod: What are the deliverables from the Giraffe PRO Camera? How are automations and AI applied to the deliverables, and why does this matter?

Dan: And how can the Giraffe PRO Camera, without shooting video, generate marketing videos in four styles? Stay tuned.

Dan: Hi all. I'm Dan Smigrod, Founder of the We Get Around Network Forum. Today is Wednesday, November 12th, 2025.

Dan: You're watching WGAN-TV Live at 5: a podcast for digital twin creators shaping the future of real estate today. We have an awesome show for you: Giraffe PRO Camera and Giraffe360 Platform for Real Estate Photographers.

Dan: Our subject matter expert is Giraffe360 Senior Product Designer, Jānis Beinerts. Jānis, thanks for being on the show.

Jānis Beinerts: Hi, Dan. I'm super-excited to be here.

Dan: Before we do a deep dive into the Giraffe PRO Camera and Giraffe360 platform, what is your role as Senior Product Designer at Giraffe360?

Jānis: I work mostly with the hardware team together with mechanical engineers, designers, and software engineers. As a team, we focus on optimizing existing products and developing new ones.

Jānis: The PRO Camera that we are going to speak about today is our latest hardware edition that comes together with the platform. Part of my responsibilities is also acting as a project manager, linking not just the camera team internally, but also the rest of the product teams.

Jānis: We have quite a few product teams, as you can imagine. It's not just hardware. Hardware is an enabler, but the real magic starts when you look at the content, how it's created, and what the value is for users.

Jānis: So it's a very multidisciplinary development role where I'm usually involved in bits here and there.

Dan: And congratulations on the launch of the Giraffe PRO Camera. Today, Wednesday, November 12th, 2025, Giraffe PRO Camera begins shipping.

Dan: It's been out there for some time for beta testers, but today anyone placing an order for the Giraffe PRO Camera, shipping begins today.

Dan: What I'd like to do today is have you take us through all the different deliverables that are possible as a result of the Giraffe PRO Camera. How about starting with a property website as the first deliverable?

Jānis: That's a great plan. I’ll be glad to show a couple of properties, how they're captured, what’s delivered to clients and users, and how this fundamentally changes how residential real estate can be marketed.

Jānis: We have a slightly different mindset. We believe that one of our key goals is to help photographers and agents sell listings faster.

Jānis: We already see that with our Giraffe GO Cam we are helping properties to be sold up to seven days faster. With the Giraffe PRO Camera, which comes with more functionality and more assets, we believe that will increase even more.

Jānis: We're not just focusing on a single asset. The real magic starts when you can deliver a bundle of multi-channel media that can be used for portals, MLS, socials, print, email — as a campaign, this works much better than just stills or a virtual tour.

Jānis: We see that once you have this engaging content as part of the listing, the response is up to four times better. There are more click-throughs, more engagement time, which eventually leads to more leads.

Jānis: This is fundamentally our mindset when it comes to all these assets. And because it needs to be multi-channel and multi-asset, it can be overwhelming.

Jānis: For example, I’m bringing up a property now. I hope you see my screen.

Dan: I do. We're going to cover a lot of what you're discussing.

Dan: Let’s go into that deliverable. I think we're even looking at a dashboard that's internal.

Dan: Could you flip that and show us exactly what a real estate agent would receive as a property website?

Jānis: Yes, so this is an internal view, but let's jump into one of the assets: the single property website.

Jānis: It’s an automatically generated single listing property website where we automatically distribute the most important and most beautiful assets across the layout.

Dan: So the first asset that you're showing is a single property website that's created automatically by the Giraffe360 platform.

Jānis: Yes.

Dan: Take us through, literally, what are the digital assets that have been created by Giraffe360 and delivered within this page?

Jānis: Right. So, as a photographer or agent, you still need to go to the property and capture everything with our Giraffe PRO Camera.

Jānis: Once it’s uploaded, we process all the data and raw files and create multiple assets. In this website we immediately upload them and showcase them.

Jānis: Starting with HDR visuals — HDR single images — that you can browse in a gallery view or just see as key visuals.

Jānis: Then we allow users to add details about the property: square footage, pricing, number of rooms, and so on — the key information that a buyer would look for, plus the location.

Dan: For clarification, is anyone entering that data or is that an automation that's possible through AI that generates that content?

Jānis: Some of this is already populated automatically. For example, area, because we generate floor plans and know the area of the property.

Jānis: The same goes for location. But we also allow the user to specify what is shown or hidden.

Jānis: There’s an editor where you can hide fields, add comments or data, and it all becomes centralized data.

Dan: Let’s stay on this page. Think about it like this: I'm a real estate agent. I don't really care how any of this was done.

Dan: Whatever the magic behind the curtain, just show me what you're delivering to me. I see the single property website, it looks beautiful. I see some information.

Dan: What other digital assets are available to me as the agent?

Jānis: Right. One of the ones we already saw are images.

Dan: You went a little fast for me. I want to say there was a map. Can you take me back up to the map?

Jānis: Right. So this is the area where we show key information like metrics about the property, and we also show the property's location on a map.

Jānis: In a real listing, you would also see automatically placed local highlights like schools, restaurants, and cafés, so it gives insight into the neighborhood.

Jānis: That adds extra context to the property itself.

Dan: And I imagine this is interactive. So if I clicked on that marker...

Jānis: This particular internal test property doesn’t have the full functionality enabled. But on a real listing, yes, you would be able to interact with it and see local highlights.

Dan: Okay. So that is a function that's available. This happens to be on your test site and it's not enabled on this particular example?

Jānis: Exactly.

Dan: And then I think you were about to show us floor plans.

Jānis: Yes. There are two key views for the floor plan.

Jānis: This one is a three-dimensional one that you can directly interact with as a viewer. The whole website is responsive for both desktop and mobile.

Jānis: You can see how the property looks from a bird's eye view and get highlights of specific rooms. You can zoom in and see more detail.

Jānis: Another cool thing is that it can automatically adjust the model so you can see through the walls and get a very good first impression of the property.

Dan: Can I select one of those rooms and actually view it?

Jānis: Yes. When you select the room, it highlights it and allows you to jump into our virtual panoramic 3D tour.

Jānis: You don't need to open a separate link. It’s integrated from the 3D floor plan directly into the panoramic view so you can see what it actually looks like.

Dan: I'm going to ask you more about the 3D tour later in the program, so I still want to stay at the top level.

Dan: Now you're about to show a 2D version of the floor plan. And incidentally, that 3D model and its interactivity are amazing.

Jānis: Yes. For clarity, we also believe it’s useful to show a classic top-down two-dimensional floor plan view.

Jānis: You can edit it; we’ll come back to that. You can see the name of rooms, square footage, zoom in, and toggle between floors if the property has multiple levels.

Jānis: You can also switch back and forth between the immersive view and the 2D view.

Dan: We're going to do a deeper dive on this later as well. For now, I still want to stay at the overview of all the digital assets that get delivered and then go back and revisit each with a deeper dive.

Jānis: Perfect. Sounds good.

Jānis: If we move forward, at the end of the page you can, as an agent, add your branded call-to-action: your photo, your name, your contact details.

Jānis: The property website doesn’t just showcase the assets we deliver. Its key function is to serve as an off-portal marketing hub.

Jānis: When you're posting social posts or other content, those posts can drive traffic to this property website.

Jānis: When a visitor fills out the contact form — “Hey, I want to know more about this property” — they enter their contact details, submit, and this creates cost-free leads for the agent.

Jānis: In your user portal, you'll instantly get a notification that someone sent you a message, and this becomes the hub where off-portal marketing assets lead visitors so you can get more leads in a much better way.

Dan: Great. Can you take us back up to the top of the single property website?

Jānis: Yes.

Dan: So on the menu there — gallery, details, floor plan, map — I feel like I was expecting to see video as one of the options.

Jānis: Video integration is still coming. It's not there yet.

Jānis: At the moment, we've started with the social post area and YouTube area. Video has the biggest impact in off-portal marketing, especially on social media.

Jānis: Many portals are not really there yet with video usage, but social is where video shines.

Dan: Could I expect that video will be added to the single property website?

Jānis: I will check with my team. I don't know the exact date, but this would be a natural next step.

Jānis: We believe the property website should have as much useful, interactive data as possible so the user can get a full picture of the property. Video is one of those key assets.

Dan: The other thing I was expecting, Jānis, was a flyer — a button that would take me to a PDF that had a downloadable flyer. Is that something that will be added to that menu?

Jānis: I can't confirm exactly at the moment, but we do produce flyers automatically as part of the asset bundle.

Jānis: The agent or photographer can send them via email or print them out. I don’t believe they are integrated into the property website menu yet.

Jānis: But that’s something to look forward to in the future. This is a new product, and we're promising major updates every 30 days, though in reality, improvements come almost every second week.

Jānis: What I'm showing here is our first step. The same goes for the 3D floor plan we added a couple of weeks ago. It’s fair to say improvements will come almost weekly, and what you mentioned might be one of those future updates.

Dan: I just think intuitively, since you're creating those digital assets — video and flyer — it seems logical to add them as buttons.

Dan: Can you take us back up to the top of the property website?

Dan: And in the menu — gallery, details, floor plan, map — I imagine the gallery is all the different photos.

Dan: Perhaps you could select “Gallery” and then that’s a natural segue to go into HD photos and talk about what gets delivered and what the features are.

Dan: When you click on Gallery, what happens?

Jānis: This is a navigation tool, so it just scrolls the page directly to the gallery section.

Jānis: Once you're there, you can click on any of the images and open the gallery.

Dan: Are all the images there?

Jānis: I would need to check, but I believe it's all of them. You can also edit which ones are shown.

Jānis: We try to create an algorithm that prioritizes the best quality images from a composition perspective for the first view.

Jānis: For example, the facade of the property tends to perform well.

Dan: Let's transition to HD photos. I took you off screen share.

Dan: Before you even share photos at a greater depth, can you talk about the features of HD photos? What does that mean and how is that possible?

Jānis: Everything starts with the capture, obviously. You need to capture high quality data in the first place so you can work with it afterwards.

Jānis: We use a one-inch sensor and we capture in a bracketed manner: three exposure shots per image. Then, in post, we combine them to create a high definition HDR image.

Jānis: This applies to both still images and panoramas. Both benefit from the same process.

Jānis: Starting with exposure, this gives us the ability to see well even in darker, not well-lit spaces. That’s something you cannot always achieve with handheld devices.

Jānis: That’s why you actually need a tripod and time to gather light, even if the lighting is not perfect.

Jānis: Second, we merge the exposures and correct the white balance and color. We ensure there's no color bleed.

Jānis: When I say “we,” it's actually multi-language AI models. The whole pipeline is completely automated, but I’ll come back to that.

Jānis: Another thing we do is sky replacement. If you captured the property on a cloudy day, we can automatically replace the existing cloudy sky with a nice blue sky and clouds.

Jānis: This applies to both stills and panoramas. Now we also apply this indoors so that when you look through the window, you see the exterior with blue sky replacement.

Jānis: I don't think many, if any, are doing this automatically at scale.

Jānis: Another automated step that would take a while manually is privacy protection. Our AI model understands content in the image.

Jānis: If there is a person in the shot or a face in a picture frame, it detects the face and blurs it automatically. The same applies to license plates and addresses.

Jānis: You can upload the data and start posting quickly knowing privacy is handled.

Jānis: You can also go into the editor and add more blurred areas or remove objects. We have an object removal tool; if you left your bag in a shot, you can remove it without downloading the image. It’s done in our editor.

Dan: Cool. I think when you were showing some of the other images in the single property website, there looked like a watermark for Giraffe360 there.

Dan: Is there an option for the photographer to either add the watermark by default or not have watermarks?

Jānis: Yes. By default, there's no watermark, but you can add your own brand or logo.

Jānis: In that test property, we added the Giraffe360 logo. But you can upload any PNG as your logo.

Jānis: When you download assets, you can choose to download them with or without watermarks. There’s an editor where you can adjust the scale, color, and placement of the watermark, and it automatically applies to all assets.

Jānis: Nothing is permanent though. You can toggle watermarks on or off depending on your needs and collaborations with agents.

Dan: So old-school workflow would be: photographer gets back the pictures, edits them in Photoshop or Lightroom, maybe uses presets or plugins, or sends them to a photo editor.

Dan: Generally that process takes overnight. I think what I'm hearing is that AI does all this automatically.

Dan: What's the turnaround time for the photos?

Jānis: You're pretty much spot on with the old workflow.

Jānis: With Giraffe360, once you're done capturing the property, you upload the assets directly from the camera to our server. You don't need to mess with SD cards or USB sticks.

Jānis: You just press upload. It goes from the Giraffe PRO Camera — you connect to Wi-Fi — and that’s it.

Jānis: Once upload starts, we start processing right away. We begin with images because they are the fastest.

Jānis: Depending on volume, images come back in under two hours. We are still adjusting for US time zones, so some weekends can be slower, but on regular working days you can expect same-day delivery.

Jānis: You’ll get an email when images are done. When the rest of the assets — property website, floor plans, virtual tour — are ready, you get another notification.

Jānis: Once we have something ready, we let you know so you can start reviewing and editing. That lets you move faster and list faster.

Jānis: One of the keys to selling listings faster is listing them faster. You want to get assets as quickly as possible. Time is money and you don't want to lose momentum early on.

Dan: Yes. I think what I've also heard — correct me if I'm wrong — is that the AI has a preset of what Giraffe360 has decided to deliver automatically.

Dan: That includes automatically taking care of window pulls so the inside and outside look nice, blue sky replacement, and so on.

Dan: Then two things may happen: the photographer may change an individual photo or panorama, or globally change the settings.

Dan: But I think a photographer can also set presets going forward for how all content gets delivered with that photographer’s preferences. Is that right?

Jānis: It’s correct. Should I actually show it? It might be easier to see.

Dan: Yes. In just a moment.

Dan: I just want to stay on this topic because editing a photo is an art more than a science, and we all have an opinion on saturation, tone, etc.

Dan: My understanding is Giraffe360 says, "We’ll deliver the pictures in this default style. If you want to change anything we deliver, you can."

Dan: And if you have a preset on how you like to edit photos or panoramas, you can apply those settings globally going forward to all your jobs. Is that correct?

Jānis: You actually nailed it. I wouldn’t be able to explain it better.

Dan: I mean, that's huge. That’s absolutely huge.

Dan: Because the assumption with automation and AI is often that it’s one-size-fits-all.

Dan: With Giraffe360, that’s not the case. The AI will do exactly what matches your style as a photographer — what your clients expect.

Jānis: I can add some detail.

Jānis: When you create your account, during onboarding we show an image and you can play with colors, contrast, exposure, etc., and create your preset right away.

Jānis: We know personal preference plays a role, and we also see regional trends. For example, flambient looks great in the US, whereas in Scandinavia more cool tones might be preferred.

Jānis: When it comes to what is a “good” image, it's often more about subjective preference than pure science.

Jānis: We want to help photographers work more efficiently rather than forcing our style.

Jānis: AI does the heavy lifting of assembling the image and correcting basic white balance and contrast, then applies your preferences automatically.

Jānis: It's up to you whether you apply a preset to a single image or toggle it so that it's applied to all projects ahead.

Dan: Did you show us that feature? I know there are dozens of features, but the one thing I want to see is where I set my global presets for all my jobs going forward.

Dan: Where do I set my presets for color saturation, etc., as my style?

Jānis: Let’s try. At the moment, I’m in a specific project, but I’ll step back.

Jānis: If I select “Projects,” I see all my projects and a section called “Presets.”

Jānis: Here you can define asset-specific presets for floor plans, virtual tours, property websites, and so on.

Jānis: Let’s focus on still photos. If I select still photos, I can create my own preset.

Jānis: I can tailor preferences for indoor shots and for outdoor shots because they’re different. We show template images, but you can override them.

Jānis: You have simple sliders: exposure, saturation, contrast, and so on. We keep the ranges nuanced so you don't go completely off the rails, but you can still personalize.

Jānis: Once you're happy, you create your own style and it’s added to the list.

Dan: And then, top right, save and close, and you're done.

Jānis: Exactly.

Dan: Awesome. Let’s do that. Let’s take it off screen share.

Dan: It sounded like you wanted to show me something else.

Jānis: I wanted to show that one thing is playing with individual values, but we also offer templates that are more tailored by us.

Jānis: You can start from a template like “bright,” “warm,” etc., and then tweak from there to make it your own style.

Dan: Yeah, that’s awesome. Thank you for showing that.

Dan: Watching how easy that was, I can imagine for client A I might have a preset because that’s what they prefer, and for client B I might have a different preset.

Dan: Can I do it at that level, or will the pictures and tours come back and then I change presets for one particular client that likes things differently than my global default?

Jānis: You can apply presets on a project-by-project basis. And you can create as many presets as you want.

Jānis: Once a property is done, you can select a preset and apply those color corrections to that property.

Dan: So is the preset applied before everything processes or after?

Jānis: I might not know every technical detail, but as I understand it, once the property is captured, it will use your last chosen preset as the version that’s delivered to you.

Jānis: So if I’ve selected my style, then go capture a property, upload it, it will be rendered and delivered with that preset.

Jānis: Afterward, you can still change it on a project-by-project basis if needed.

Dan: All right, awesome. I think that takes us to the 3D virtual tour.

Dan: Even before showing an actual example, at a high level talk about the 3D tour that gets delivered by Giraffe360.

Dan: If it’s easier to show and tell, that’s fine. If you want to talk about it first, that’s fine too.

Jānis: Let’s introduce it first.

Jānis: The classic virtual tour made of 360 panoramic views is a staple of our product line. We keep optimizing it and will have another update soon.

Jānis: It allows you to jump into the property and see how it looks. You move and navigate through the space.

Jānis: What’s different with Giraffe is that we show a side mini-map. If you get lost or want to jump to a specific location, you can use the mini-map to move.

Jānis: As with other tours, you can click forward and move viewpoint by viewpoint.

Dan: Let’s queue one up to show us. That would be awesome.

Dan: Also, later in the program we’ll talk about a special offer to save 10% for the first 12 months of your plan — stay with us for that. Voucher code: WGAN.

Dan: If you could show and tell on that Giraffe360 virtual tour, that would be great.

Jānis: All right, let's do it. I guess you can see my screen.

Dan: Yes.

Jānis: We're already in the virtual tour of the same property we saw previously.

Jānis: Using my mouse, I can drag and look around, up and down. These close-by circles we call hotspots; if you click on them, you move forward.

Jānis: This lets you go through the property and explore it at your own pace.

Jānis: As we mentioned when talking about image enhancements, you can see the view outside through the windows, with blue sky replacement already applied.

Jānis: Each panorama consists of five HDR images stitched together. There’s a lot of data, but it pays off because you can zoom in and see details in good resolution.

Jānis: That’s something we’re proud of.

Dan: I was expecting to see some additional features in here.

Jānis: There are some, yes.

Dan: Okay.

Jānis: One additional feature is a measurement tool that lets you measure spaces inside the tour.

Jānis: I'm missing it in this specific example, so I might show it on another property. But you can select two points and see the distance directly in the tour.

Dan: Do you want to call up a different property so you can show that? I was looking for hotspots and measurement.

Jānis: Let me check in the background and load another project.

Dan: That's fine.

Dan: While you're doing that, I'll talk about a special offer.

Dan: When you go to: giraffe360.com/price and enter the coupon code, voucher code WGAN, you'll save 10% for the first 12 months.

Dan: Giraffe360 has done a great job in terms of pricing. They just announced within the last seven days that it's $360 per month, all in — everything is included.

Dan: Is there a charge for hosting? No. For storage? No. For property size? No. It’s literally $360 a month.

Dan: There's kind of unlimited use, with a fair and reasonable expectation at up to 60 properties a month.

Dan: There's also a 60-day satisfaction guarantee or your money back. If you order Giraffe PRO Camera, use the entire platform at $360 per month for two months, and decide it's not right for you, cancel and get your first two months back.

Dan: And again, at $360, you can save 10% off that for the first 12 months with the voucher code WGAN.

Dan: Jānis, you wanted to show us another model?

Jānis: Yes. I brought up one you can also see on our website.

Jānis: I wanted to highlight the measurement tool we have, because it shows the hidden data integrated with the virtual tour: the point cloud.

Jānis: Let’s pick a door as an example. You can click two points and see the distance directly inside the tour, which is helpful if you need to check whether furniture will fit or understand room dimensions.

Dan: Awesome. Hotspots?

Jānis: Photographers can add location-based information tags as hotspots. They appear as info icons.

Jānis: As a viewer, when you move through the virtual tour, you can click those and get more information.

Jānis: There’s another cool functionality: gated tours. You can set a tour so that in order to view it, visitors need to enter their contact details.

Jānis: This is very popular in some European countries to generate more leads. It’s an option available to all Giraffe360 users.

Jānis: You can also add your branding to the virtual tour as floating watermarks or logos, or export versions without branding for MLS.

Jānis: So there are more controls in the background, but that’s the overview of key highlights.

Dan: Yes. How long does it take?

Dan: I shoot the space in the morning — when do I get back the Giraffe360 virtual tour?

Jānis: We are striving for same-day delivery.

Jānis: From the second upload is done, we aim for about five hours on average. Two hours is a stretch goal in the future.

Jānis: Processing time can vary depending on project size, your internet speed, and the day of the upload. We're not yet fully 24/7, but for working days, same-day delivery is pretty much guaranteed.

Dan: Will I get the tour back faster if I scan more densely? For example, every three to five feet instead of every seven to ten feet?

Dan: Would that help process the tour faster?

Jānis: Yes, it does help.

Jānis: It might sound obvious, but it's worth emphasizing: because our pipeline is based on algorithms, automations, and machine learning, the better the data you feed into it, the better and faster the results.

Jānis: If you capture the property with good scan spacing and good coverage, you help the algorithms render and connect everything faster.

Dan: Okay, cool. I think that leads us to floor plans.

Dan: You started showing the 2D and 3D floor plans earlier in the show. I'm more curious about file formats, languages, and room labels.

Dan: If it's easier to show, that's fine. If you just want to talk about it, that’s fine too.

Dan: What are all the different features that are available for 2D and 3D floor plans?

Jānis: If it's okay, I would rather show it. It’s a bit easier to explain visually.

Jānis: I’ll share my screen again.

Jānis: Let’s jump into the floor plan section using the same property so it’s easy to relate to previous assets.

Jānis: As with other assets, floor plans are automatically generated. Style and content are based on your presets.

Jānis: You can define whether rooms are color-coded or monotone, whether you highlight labels or dimensions, and so on.

Jānis: This is what you receive out of the gate when you get the project delivered.

Dan: Is that as fast as the photos? Does it take as long as the 3D tour? Is it within five hours?

Jānis: The photos come first and are fastest.

Jānis: The floor plan, virtual tour, and videos come as a bundle right after the photos. That bundle is what lands within the roughly five-hour window on average.

Dan: Okay. And is the AI automatically labeling the rooms?

Jānis: Yes. We have a machine learning algorithm that, based on the panoramas, understands the function of each room and automatically assigns names.

Dan: And can the room labels be changed?

Jānis: Yes, everything related to wording and names can be edited.

Jānis: For example, in the editor you can select any tag and change “Bedroom” to “Primary Bedroom” or “Master Bedroom.” You can also drag the label around.

Dan: Forgive me, because I know we could do an entire show just on floor plans.

Dan: At the top level, it sounds like the floor plans come back automatically within about five hours. And the photographer can overwrite what the machine learning and AI did.

Dan: And similar to presets for photos and tours, you have a preset for floor plans.

Dan: If you have a preferred color palette, disclaimer text, units (meters or feet and inches), language, logo position, you can set that as a preset. All that is possible with Giraffe360.

Jānis: Yes, exactly. You can also change language.

Jānis: We offer multiple languages you can choose from.

Dan: What languages today?

Jānis: Specifically for the floor plan as an asset, you can export it in roughly almost 20 languages.

Jānis: The ones you mentioned — English, French, German, Spanish — are primary, but for floor plans we offer more.

Dan: Okay. ANSI Z765 standard in the United States — is the AI created to that standard?

Jānis: Yes. For the USA, we offer ANSI Z765 as one of several standards you can choose.

Jānis: Once you choose the standard, all measurements and area calculations are compliant with it.

Jānis: We’re also looking to add more standards depending on popularity and requests.

Jānis: But ANSI Z765 is already available today, so properties can be listed with compliant floor area calculations.

Dan: So somehow, some way, the magic of Giraffe360 knows the difference between heated space and non-heated space like a garage and color codes the map automatically.

Dan: Just magic happens.

Jānis: Yes.

Jānis: It’s not really magic; it's algorithms. Because we have the full model of the property, we know what the standards require.

Jānis: The same goes for headroom rules. If there’s a slanted roof, different standards require marking and recalculating area in specific ways.

Jānis: For floor plans, it’s not so much AI “hallucination” as standardized procedures built into our pipeline.

Jānis: At the end, there’s also a manual quality check to make sure everything meets Giraffe360 standards.

Dan: Is there a human-in-the-loop also in terms of HD photos delivered?

Jānis: Yes, there is. Floor plans, virtual tours, and HD images all go through a final stage: quality check.

Jānis: In most cases it’s super fast, just a sanity check that nothing is fundamentally wrong.

Jānis: At the moment, for images we’re about 99.9% accurate with no manual intervention needed, but we still do checks for now.

Dan: And if the photo doesn't look right, does the human-in-the-loop fix the problem?

Jānis: Yes, we do that.

Jānis: Sometimes a photo comes in completely dark. We’ll check whether it was a camera issue or whether the room simply had no light.

Jānis: If it’s fixable, we fix it, sometimes manually, or notify the user. These cases are rare, but we want to avoid random output.

Jānis: We aim for consistency and high quality, and we’re always looking for ways to make delivery faster and more accurate.

Dan: Awesome. Forgive me, I wanted to move on to video.

Dan: How is it possible that a camera that doesn't shoot video is able to create four different styles of video?

Dan: Could you first take us through examples of those four styles and then show us what the camera is doing behind-the-scenes that enables this?

Dan: I'd like to focus on the deliverable first and then the backstory of how you got there.

Jānis: All right. Let me show it right away.

Jānis: I’ll open one of our beta tester’s properties — a great photographer and agent, Patrick Johnson, captured this one.

Jānis: Let’s take a look at his property videos, starting with the cinematic one.

Jānis: Tour videos are built from panoramas, which our existing users already know. The new ones are based on Gaussian Splat models.

Jānis: I’ll play one and then explain the magic behind it.

Dan: What style are we looking at?

Jānis: This is a cinematic style. We have four templates for cinematic videos with different music and pacing.

Jānis: It’s crazy that we're capturing still images at discrete spots, but then we create a 3D model and fly a digital camera through it to generate video content automatically.

Jānis: Users don’t need to shoot any separate video. We generate it for them.

Jānis: You can swap between horizontal and portrait, depending on whether you're targeting YouTube or social media like Reels or TikTok.

Dan: Let’s look at the four kinds of video and then talk about how they’re done.

Jānis: Next is the virtual drone video, also built on the Gaussian Splat model.

Jānis: I’ll play it.

Jānis: It generates its own path and showcases key areas. As before, you can use portrait mode or landscape.

Jānis: Portrait often gives the best results because it’s more optimized for social feeds and appears sharper in that format.

Dan: So this was cinematic. You can have it in horizontal or vertical.

Dan: The next example is what category?

Jānis: Let’s move on to the tour video.

Jānis: This one is slightly different. It’s built on virtual tour panoramas, but it’s unique in that there is an automatic AI voiceover on top of the video.

Jānis: I’ll show it now.

Narrator: This expansive four bedroom, three bathroom residence at 634 Lambert Drive in Slinger will wow you. Come fall in love with this home.

Narrator: The kitchen and living area is spacious and perfect for preparing meals, dining, and entertaining guests. This area seamlessly combines cooking and social interaction, featuring a sizable island for meal prep, comfy seating for movie nights, and a dining table for shared meals.

Narrator: Designed for culinary delights and socializing, this area includes...

Jānis: I think you get the picture.

Dan: I'm going to ask you not yet to go into the back-end, because what we just looked at was obviously created automatically — workflow, AI, and so on.

Dan: That included a property description that ended up as on-screen text and voice and movement through the house for a full, entire property video.

Dan: Before we go look at the back-end, where we can change the opening shot of the garage, for example, can you show your fourth type of video, the speed ramp drone?

Jānis: Yes. I’ll share it. It’s not on this property, so I’ll use a direct video.

Jānis: This is the speed ramp drone style. It's another version of the virtual drone but executed differently.

Jānis: It creates a punchy, quick, immersive flythrough of the property. This one isn't fully released yet, but it's coming shortly as well.

Dan: When I'm looking at this, the quality is not there for me. It looks like I'm flying through data rather than flying through high resolution panoramic images.

Jānis: That’s a good observation.

Jānis: One thing to mention with Gaussian Splat is that quality is directly linked to how the property has been captured.

Jānis: For Gaussian Splat, the more coverage and angles you capture, the better the visual quality.

Jānis: This is where our own hardware comes in — the Giraffe PRO Camera.

Jānis: The camera has a LIDAR system for point cloud capture and tracking, similar to self-driving cars using LIDAR to read the environment.

Jānis: Our newest LIDAR is 20 times more powerful than in the Giraffe GO Cam. That allows us to capture rich point cloud data in a similar time span, which is especially great for floor plans and Gaussian Splat.

Jānis: We also pair it with our auto-height tripod. I can demonstrate it in a moment.

Dan: While you're showing that, please get set up and have the Giraffe PRO Camera do its thing.

Dan: I think what I want to point out for viewers who might feel overwhelmed by terms like LIDAR or Gaussian Splat is: you don't actually have to understand any of this to use it.

Dan: You press a button, the camera spins, it goes up and down, and then you upload to the cloud.

Dan: If you're wondering, as a photographer, how you create these videos, it's literally what’s happening behind you right now: capturing the data, photography, and everything needed for video.

Dan: As a photographer or agent, if you don't want to understand the technical side, you just want the resulting videos, you just press a button, move the camera, press the button, move the camera.

Dan: It's all possible without learning LIDAR, EMU sensors, or Gaussian Splat.

Dan: You might still want guidance on best practices for camera placement to get the best speed ramp or drone-like videos. And I'll ask you about that in a second.

Dan: Can you tell us what's happening right now in terms of the camera doing its thing? I think you walked over, pressed a button, and all of a sudden it started rotating and changing height.

Jānis: Yes. I'm not sure if it’s fully visible on camera, but the capture process has two stages in a single scan.

Jānis: First, the LIDAR rotates 360 degrees and captures a full 360 point cloud for that scan.

Jānis: Second, we capture still images for the panoramic capture: nine positions facing different directions around the room, later merged into a spherical image.

Jānis: Those are the two key data types: point cloud and imagery.

Jānis: The auto-height tripod enables two of these scans at different heights in one go. You don’t have to return and adjust tripod height; you press once and it does two heights.

Jānis: The more perspectives you get on objects and furniture, the better the Gaussian Splat results. You get fewer visual artifacts in the video.

Jānis: For Gaussian Splat, capturing from multiple angles is critical.

Jānis: When it comes to capture time, this is not a “15 minutes for 2,000 square feet” type of solution. It’s not our mindset.

Jānis: The mindset is: with one thorough capture — which might take an hour or two depending on size — you generate all these assets you can upsell or use immediately.

Jānis: That’s the power of capture once, then launch everywhere from the same data.

Dan: We'll talk more about that.

Dan: Before we move on to the back-end where changes can be made in the videos, I was talking to Tom Sparks yesterday — Sparks Media Group, co-host of the WGAN-TV Podcast.

Dan: Tom has had the Giraffe PRO Camera for some time now as a beta tester.

Dan: He said one best practice to improve the quality of speed ramp and drone videos is to place the camera in four corners of the room and in the center.

Dan: Does that sound like what you would do or would you do even more?

Dan: If you do that, are you going to get a great result on these flythrough videos?

Jānis: Yes, that’s a good approach.

Jānis: It's part of what we call capture cadence: instructions on how to capture with Giraffe.

Jānis: You don't have to imagine best practice; when you subscribe, we provide guidelines: do this, don't do that, recommendations for different scenarios.

Jānis: You also get onboarding with our customer support team to ask specific questions.

Jānis: There is some learning curve like with any technology, but once you go through initial onboarding, it really is press button, move camera, press button, move camera.

Jānis: One camera, one tripod, all assets.

Jānis: For Gaussian Splat specifically, we recommend placing scans in corners, using double-height scans, and capturing densely enough.

Dan: So an example would be: if the real estate agent has only hired you for photos and there’s no chance of upselling video, you might use single-scan mode for speed.

Dan: But if it were me, I would still say do double-scan, invest the time, and then upsell on future jobs based on the assets you can show from this one.

Dan: I know we could do a whole show just on video and best practices and probably will.

Dan: I’d now like to move on to the back-end and see how we can change things: for example, how we remove that opening shot of the garage.

Dan: While you're setting that up, I'll mention Tom also said he finds best practices include, in addition to corners and center, capturing just before entering a door and just after entering a door.

Dan: So he’s typically scanning before and after doorways. Is that something Giraffe360 would also advise?

Jānis: Yes, that helps immensely with understanding spatial relationships and with the algorithms that merge point clouds.

Jānis: We use SLAM technology to understand where each scan is placed. Overlapping scans make it easier to build a unified point cloud.

Jānis: For Gaussian Splat, a good rule of thumb is to scan every 1.5 to 2 meters, which is roughly 5–7 feet. If you only want floor plans and tours, you can scan a bit less densely.

Jānis: For Gaussian Splat, you want more scans. That takes more time, but yields better video.

Dan: Is that about every five to seven feet?

Jānis: Yes, roughly five to seven feet.

Dan: If a room is bigger, that spacing will still work. If it's a corridor, you might scan even more frequently.

Jānis: The key is: the more data, the better, especially for videos.

Jānis: Early on, we were strict about scanning everything in dense Gaussian Splat mode. Now we’re more flexible.

Jānis: If you only want video in one room, you can scan that room in double-height dense mode and scan the rest of the property in single scan. You won’t get video everywhere, but you get floor plans and tours.

Jānis: Our biggest recommendation, though, is still: capture everything once in dense mode and you’ll never need to return to the property.

Dan: That sounds great.

Dan: We'll have Tom Sparks back on the show talking about his experience and best practices.

Dan: If we could, let's go into that tour video. I’d really like to get rid of that garage door opening shot — please tell me that’s possible.

Jānis: It is. And by the way, Tom is great. We've spoken with him several times as a beta tester and he gave us excellent feedback.

Jānis: That’s why we run beta programs: to get initial feedback and implement improvements.

Jānis: Now we’re in the editor for the tour video.

Jānis: You can do a lot here. This video is generated automatically, but you can edit it.

Jānis: You can change scene order, remove scenes entirely, adjust durations, and adjust starting angles, because scenes are based on panoramas.

Jānis: There is also a text panel for each scene. That text is automatically generated by our algorithm based on understanding the view.

Jānis: If you don’t like the text, you can change it. And the clip length adjusts accordingly.

Jānis: Let me show that: I’ll shorten a line of text and apply it.

Jānis: You’ll see the clip shrink to match the shorter narration, and the voiceover will re-generate to match.

Jānis: You can preview it right away.

Dan: If you remove a scene, it's obviously taking words out.

Dan: Does it rewrite or does it just remove that section?

Jānis: The description is generated modularly. Each scene has its own text.

Jānis: If you remove a scene, you're removing its segment of text and video. It doesn't rewrite the entire script; it just removes that scene’s block.

Dan: So if you're removing a bathroom shot, for example, removing that scene removes only the bathroom-related words.

Dan: Think of it as modular design.

Jānis: Exactly.

Jānis: You can also change the voice. We offer multiple AI voices you can choose between.

Jānis: You can preview each voice and select one, and the full video regenerates with that voice.

Dan: How many languages are presently supported?

Jānis: That’s a good question. I don’t have the exact number on the top of my head.

Jānis: It’s definitely not just English, but I need to confirm which languages are currently live for narration versus UI.

Dan: Is it just English today, or is it English, French, German, Spanish, etc.? Phone a friend? (laughs)

Jānis: I’ll need to double-check and follow up with you after the show.

Dan: All right. You can send me an email afterward. We’ll post the specifics in the show notes.

Dan: Can you come out of the video? Let's take it off screen share.

Dan: I guess what I want to say looking at this, Jānis, is: there are so many photographers in the We Get Around Network Forum who, when you ask about video, say, "No, I don't offer video. It's too hard."

Dan: Even if they can shoot video, the time to shoot, edit, handle client changes — it’s overwhelming, and the margin hasn't been there.

Dan: There's also an insatiable demand for video content on TikTok, Reels, Instagram, YouTube, etc.

Dan: But the percentage of agents posting video is a fraction of the potential.

Dan: For photographers, learning video, learning editing, offshoring editing, working through changes — it's exhausting and the margin hasn't been there.

Dan: What you've just demonstrated is that the Giraffe360 workflow for creating videos without using a video camera is astonishing.

Dan: Through workflows, large language models, and AI, you get long-form property videos: two to three minutes telling the story of the house.

Dan: No one wrote the script. No one was hired to do the voiceover. No one was hired to put text on the screen. It just works.

Dan: It’s automated. At the moment, you get these videos back in about five hours.

Dan: I imagine within each of those four categories, there are variants: different music, different pacing.

Dan: And as a photographer, you can say, "That's great, I love that, but I need to change the words or remove a scene." And it’s all there.

Dan: A photographer can have as much control as they want, with a simple, fast workflow for changes.

Jānis: That is absolutely correct.

Jānis: We know photographers are amazing at what they do. Our intention is not to replace them.

Jānis: We’re trying to give them more power to spend time on tasks that create more value: finding new clients, nurturing relationships, building their brand.

Jānis: If you already get this whole asset package delivered automatically, you just need to adjust text, maybe add a logo, and press send.

Jānis: Then spend more time on sales and client engagement instead of manual editing.

Dan: I'm thinking as a photographer: “I never offered video. I now offer video.”

Dan: How much is that worth? $99? $149? $249? Maybe $249 including four different styles of video?

Dan: Whatever the number, it’s either adding value to retain clients, or it’s an upsell that earns more money per property.

Dan: Next week, I'll be in Las Vegas at PMRE, where there will be sessions on video that require lots of gear, rigs, training, and post-production.

Dan: That kind of workflow is great for high-end productions but only a small percentage of clients can afford that.

Dan: Where’s the real opportunity to make money? It's the masses at the lower tiers.

Dan: If you can offer a client something at $99 that they can post on TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram, that’s huge.

Dan: And for the photographer, there is essentially no extra work beyond what they’re already doing — especially if they're willing to say, “What was delivered is good enough.”

Dan: If the client wants changes, you can still say yes and charge for those changes.

Dan: Just personally looking at it, I think it's huge because so many photographers don't shoot video today because it’s too much hassle.

Dan: Giraffe360 offers a way to add video at an affordable price point.

Dan: I imagine you’re already thinking about how to make even more types of videos, more templates, more languages.

Jānis: Yes, and we didn’t even cover everything.

Jānis: There’s another big section: social posts, which we call Giraffe360 Spotlight.

Jānis: We automatically generate social posts and campaigns that can go live instantly on Facebook and Instagram.

Jānis: We also generate automatically designed printed posters and brochures for email communication.

Jānis: So there is even more than what we covered in this session.

Jānis: The bundle that comes automatically from one capture is huge, and you can upsell it all.

Jānis: It’s a massive business opportunity for any photographer, especially if they shift mindset and see that selling only stills or just a tour is not enough.

Jānis: You can’t earn big margins by offering just stills or a single asset. The value is in bundles.

Jānis: You can now price and package flexibly to scale your business and profit.

Dan: Yeah. That sounds great.

Dan: If you're a photographer currently offering photos, virtual tour, and floor plans, you now have the opportunity — with almost the same workflow — to offer 3D floor plans in addition to 2D, to offer video, to offer social media posts, automated campaigns, and more.

Dan: You’re moving from photographer, to content creator, to a digital marketing agency for real estate.

Dan: That may sound like a foreign concept to some photographers, but if you can get up to that tier, you’ll be able to charge more and retain clients more easily, and win new clients by providing real marketing solutions.

Dan: Okay, we were going to take a look at flyers.

Jānis: Yes. There’s more to explore, but I want to highlight one more section called Listing Spotlight.

Jānis: In Listing Spotlight, you can instantly post and share the videos we saw earlier, already tailored to social media requirements.

Jānis: You can also generate social media posts, which are populated with property details and agent branding.

Jānis: For example, we can open an auto-generated post for Facebook. It already picks great images, adds property details, and formats the content visually.

Jānis: You can press “share” and it posts directly to your account on Instagram or Facebook.

Jānis: Or you can download it to your phone via QR code and post manually. Either works.

Jānis: The key is integration and automation.

Jānis: You can also schedule campaigns: choose dates and times, choose status like “Just Listed,” “For Sale,” “Open House,” “Sold,” and posts will go out automatically.

Jānis: This is all auto-generated content that you can still edit.

Dan: Can the photographer share this back-end area? Can they share Giraffe360 Spotlight with a real estate agent who can log in and manage their own campaigns?

Jānis: Yes. A photographer can invite a client as a guest user and assign them to a specific property.

Jānis: The guest user will only see that property and can participate in campaign creation, edits, and so on.

Jānis: We don’t see this as the main flow, but if the relationship supports it, it’s possible.

Jānis: Alternatively, the photographer can run campaigns on behalf of the agent and charge extra.

Jānis: This is where a photographer transitions from asset provider to marketing partner, which obviously allows them to charge more.

Dan: Yeah, that sounds great.

Dan: Interactive or printable flyers?

Jānis: We have templates for one-page flyers tailored for print.

Jānis: They use the same property data and images already in the system. You can download a ready-to-print format.

Jānis: It’s essentially a one-page brochure populated automatically with photos, branding, and key details.

Dan: Okay, awesome.

Dan: We didn't discuss virtual staging. Where is Giraffe360 today on virtual staging, or what's coming soon?

Jānis: We're pretty close with virtual staging as well.

Jānis: We have an integrated tool with Google Gemini that allows you to generate virtual staging setups.

Jānis: For example, you can defurnish a room and refurnish it based on prompts. You type the style, and it populates the room with furniture matching that style.

Jānis: At the moment, this is in internal beta. We see that we will allow it to be tested with a handpicked early access group in the coming weeks.

Jānis: When it will be available for the wider Giraffe PRO Camera user base, it’s still a bit early to say.

Dan: Today is Wednesday, November 12th, 2025. Are we talking about December 2025, January 2026, first quarter 2026, second quarter 2026?

Jānis: As always, it's a bit risky to give a specific estimate.

Jānis: November 2025 is internal and beta mode. Based on those tests, we’ll define a clear timeline for general availability.

Dan: Okay. For our viewers, if you'd like to see a demo of Giraffe360 virtual staging, Mikus Opelts, co-founder and CEO, demonstrated it on Webinar #7.

Dan: He showed defurnishing a room at the touch of a button and then populating it with new furniture via a text prompt.

Dan: If you go to the We Get Around Network Forum and search for “Giraffe PRO Camera Launch,” you'll find that webinar repurposed as a WGAN-TV Podcast.

Dan: It was just demoed on November 4th, 2025, and it's pretty awesome.

Dan: Did you want to talk about integrations in terms of Zillow.com, Realtor.com, any other integrations?

Dan: Is there an easy way for agents to populate all their content received from the photographer to these listing platforms and MLSs?

Jānis: Yes, it's important to touch on this.

Jānis: So far we've been speaking a lot about off-portal marketing, but MLS and portals are the main channels in the US.

Jānis: In our platform, when you download assets for MLS, they’re automatically exported in settings that are compatible: no logos on MLS images or tours, correct dimensions, etc.

Jānis: So that’s one key part.

Jānis: As for direct integrations, each portal has its own rules. For now, in many cases you download from Giraffe360 and upload to MLS or portals manually.

Jānis: We are building an eBook with guidelines for multi-channel asset packaging: what works best on each platform, and what to consider when exporting.

Dan: I'm still a bit confused.

Dan: As a real estate photographer sends off a property website, is there a button to press to say upload to Zillow.com, upload to Realtor.com?

Jānis: Not at the moment.

Jānis: For MLS, you would download and then upload yourself.

Jānis: At this time, we don't have direct “one-click” upload to those portals, but we do make sure assets are exported in compatible formats.

Dan: And a little bit off topic, because we're focused on residential real estate: E57 files are available and now work in any CAD program.

Dan: Do you know when RVT files will be available?

Jānis: I can't say on RVT yet.

Jānis: Currently we support E57 and polygonal mesh files (PLY), which are colored point clouds.

Jānis: On RVT specifically, I’d have to check with the team.

Dan: I'm a little bit confused on the photographer workflow.

Dan: My impression is the photographer needs to do two passes through the house: one to shoot the 3D virtual tour and another to shoot HD photos.

Jānis: Yes and no.

Jānis: When it comes to panoramas and the virtual tour, everything is done in scan mode. From scan mode you also get floor plans and Gaussian Splat videos.

Jānis: For stills, you have an additional function where you can capture still images in a more controlled manner between scans.

Jānis: There is also a mode where you can crop an image from a panorama, but that’s not the best practice for main listing photos.

Jānis: Best practice is to capture raw stills at the property, using still mode.

Dan: So I'm a little bit confused.

Dan: There are two settings: one for the 3D virtual tour and another for HD photos. You press the right button and you get whichever content you want.

Jānis: Yes, essentially.

Dan: Talking with Tom Sparks, one of the things we were wondering about is: why can't the AI just figure out that if I put the camera in each of the corners to get better video, it should also extract the HD photo from that same position?

Dan: It should know that two sides are walls and that the sweet spot is here.

Dan: So what I'm trying to get to is: are we getting to the point where Giraffe360 will enable you to shoot the space once rather than twice?

Dan: Right now it sounds like you're shooting twice: once for 3D tour, once for still photos.

Dan: Why not place the camera where I'd normally shoot photos, but in 360 mode, and have the AI figure out which angles were meant for photos versus just 3D?

Jānis: It absolutely makes sense. This is precisely the kind of feedback we value.

Jānis: We don't have it yet, but technically it's possible. It would take development effort, but it's feasible.

Jānis: The current way was more technically achievable short-term based on how our AI processing pipeline is built.

Jānis: But you're right: there is a future path where a single capture mode could yield both tours and automatically framed stills.

Dan: What are you doing this afternoon? (laughs)

Jānis: Probably joining the development process after this call.

Dan: Maybe trying to speak a little bit for the We Get Around Network Forum community: some photographers are shooting the space three times.

Dan: They’re shooting it for a virtual tour, shooting for still photos, and shooting for Zillow 3D Home.

Dan: Incidentally, where are you on integration with Zillow 3D Home tours?

Jānis: I actually don't know if I have the latest information on Zillow, especially with recent changes.

Jānis: There’s no problem from our platform side to download panoramas, but Zillow’s app requirements may restrict how those can be used.

Dan: As I understand it, you have to use the Zillow 3D Home app. I asked this question in the We Get Around Network Forum yesterday: “Is it possible to build the Zillow 3D Home tour using existing 360 panoramas?”

Dan: The answer came back crystal clear: no. You need to shoot with the Zillow 3D Home app on supported devices.

Dan: So what I'm asking is: when will Giraffe360 enable an integration with Zillow 3D Home?

Dan: Some photographers are sitting on the fence. They’d get the Giraffe PRO Camera today, but they don't want to shoot Zillow 3D separately as a third pass.

Dan: They want to shoot once and let AI sort out which images go where — stills, Giraffe tour, Zillow 3D home.

Jānis: This is something I would need to check as well. I don't have a straight answer.

Jānis: I’ll forward you details by email after our conversation.

Dan: Okay, we look forward to an update on that.

Dan: I'm going to list some assets and ask you for your final thoughts.

Dan: Trying to keep track as you were talking on today's show: essentially, the Giraffe PRO Camera enables:

Dan: A property website; HD photos; 3D virtual tour; 2D floor plan; 3D floor plan; video in four different styles; social media posts that can be one-and-done or automated; an email builder; a printable one-sheet flyer; a lead generation form; an interactive map with nearby attractions like schools; and virtual staging coming soon.

Dan: It also comes with an E57 file. None of that is charged separately. It's all wrapped into one price of $360 per month.

Dan: You can save 10% for the first 12 months with voucher code WGAN. You can get an additional discount if you commit for 12 months.

Dan: You're getting all these digital assets, getting them today within around five hours, with a goal of two hours.

Dan: There's a human in the loop to help with quality control.

Dan: There are a lot of deliverables made possible by Giraffe360 doing deep integration with large language models, machine learning, and AI.

Dan: Your thoughts on that list? I'm exhausted saying it, but it seems really disruptive compared to traditional, manual workflows and multiple vendors.

Jānis: Yes, you're spot on. I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing, but the list is really long.

Jānis: It's almost hard to keep track of, and that should be a signal that what you get is truly comprehensive.

Jānis: The key reason we can do this is the AI automation pipeline we built over the last nine years. It didn't happen overnight.

Jānis: We saw that digital-first listing journeys are the future of marketing real estate. The demand is there, but supply is lagging.

Jānis: That was the key indicator that we needed to build this.

Jānis: This flat price versus what you get is disruptive because it replaces manual labor, juggling vendors, and multiple tools.

Jānis: The price doesn't scale with each additional asset; it’s flat. That’s enabled by automation and render time, not manual effort.

Jānis: We’re already delivering a lot now and constantly improving: delivery times, quality details, more assets.

Jānis: Our ambition is to one day have 30 different video templates you can choose from, all generated automatically.

Jānis: The list is long, but that's exactly the point: from one capture, you get a complete, multi-channel marketing bundle.

Dan: It seems like if you're a relatively new photographer thinking about entering real estate, and you've watched this entire show, the conclusion might be: "I shouldn't be buying a DSLR or mirrorless camera first."

Dan: "I should get the Giraffe PRO Camera and Giraffe360 platform."

Dan: All the digital assets a client wants are created from this workflow: shoot the space, upload to the Giraffe360 cloud, and within five hours all deliverables come back.

Dan: You can then decide whether to charge a premium for same-day delivery or simply add value by delivering same-day compared to next-day.

Dan: For more established photographers, they've invested hours if not days learning Photoshop and Lightroom.

Dan: They’ve built workflows with overseas editors, separate tools for virtual staging, another tool for floor plans, and so on.

Dan: Their workflow works, but it’s probably not what they’d build if they were starting fresh today based on what we’re watching.

Dan: Do you think we'll have photographers who look at Giraffe PRO Camera and say, "Wow, I should rethink this"?

Dan: "I always thought of myself as an artist, but maybe I should think of myself as a businessperson. And a businessperson would say, 'What's the fastest, easiest, most efficient way to provide good-enough assets to a client?'"

Dan: Do you have any thoughts on established real estate photographers looking at Giraffe PRO Camera?

Jānis: One thing is, if we look at what has happened in the last couple of decades, the industry constantly changes and photographers and agents adapt.

Jānis: It’s a normal part of development that you need to follow trends and new technologies.

Jānis: If you are very stubborn and never adapt, it can eventually become an existential decision: you risk being left behind.

Jānis: The good news is: when we build tools like the Giraffe PRO Camera, we really focus on simplicity and ease of use.

Jānis: Of course I know a lot about it, so it’s hard for me to judge, but from beta tests we see the learning curve is very manageable.

Jānis: Even if you're not super tech-savvy, it's straightforward to learn.

Jānis: Then you can decide if your existing workflow is still better.

Jānis: If you prefer DSLR for images only, you can keep doing that. Our value is not necessarily about outperforming DSLR image quality on a single asset.

Jānis: Our value is in the workflow, speed of delivery, and the entire bundle of assets.

Jānis: Technically, yes, you can compare a single tour or a single photo side by side. But that misses the bigger picture.

Jānis: The real question is: which tool gives you more profit and efficiency across your business?

Jānis: Giraffe360 offers optimal and consistent quality across all assets and projects. You get expected high-quality results every time, not random variability.

Jānis: So, decisions will be less about maximum pixel density, and more about efficiency, consistency, and business outcomes.

Dan: I would just add one more big value: having complete control over digital assets in your style — how photos are edited, how tours look, how floor plans are presented.

Dan: The photographer has complete control over things like sky replacement, color style, and branding.

Dan: Jānis, thanks for being on the show today.

Jānis: Thanks a lot for having me here. I'm super-excited and happy to talk about Giraffe.

Jānis: I could go for hours. Sorry if the conversation went longer than expected, but it was a pleasure for sure.

Dan: We'll have you back on the show. There's a lot to talk about when it comes to Giraffe360 and the Giraffe PRO Camera.

Dan: We've been visiting with Giraffe360 Senior Product Designer, **Jānis Beinerts**.

Dan: I'm Dan Smigrod, Founder of the We Get Around Network Forum, and you've been watching WGAN-TV Live at 5.

@pixelray

Great idea. Yes. Let me ask Jānis for that link.

And, thank you for your patience. He is likely already on a flight to Las Vegas for the PMRE Conference.

I fly to Las Vegas on Monday. Will I see you at PMRE again! Fun visiting with you last year!

Best,

Dan
