| Check out this new video from Jordan Horn, Real Estate Photographer and Owner of SnapHome University (an educational channel for real estate photographers). Jordan breaks down why he uses iGUIDE instead of Matterport, showing how fast the PLANIX R1 can capture a property, how accurate the LiDAR measurements are and why the pay-per-project model is so much more flexible than subscription-based platforms. | Pricing per tour is unclear and I couldn't find any examples of tours made with it. My impression is that you do 4 or more 5000+ sf homes per month on a regular basis the pricing ends up being more than matterport. Show me I'm wrong. |

| @vrephoto pricing for iGUIDE and Matterport can vary depending on things like volume, property size and what you need delivered, but the main difference comes down to how you pay and what’s included. iGUIDE operates on a pay-per-project model, where floor plans and measurements are included by default. In contrast, Matterport utilizes a subscription model, with features like floor plans as add-ons. Pay-per-project offers businesses more flexibility and transparency, especially if your workload changes with the seasons, whereas subscriptions create ongoing costs even when business slows down. iGUIDE pricing information can be found here. You can also watch this video here. iGUIDE example tours can be found here. |
