Hey Janis, how are you? Janis Beinerts: Hey Mikus, great to be back. I’m doing well, thanks. And yes, I’m actually standing here in the factory—this isn’t a background filter. Behind me are Giraffe PRO Cameras waiting to be tested and shipped. I’ll share updates later about the cameras and our production process. Mikus: Fantastic! And of course, joining us as always is Samy Jeffries, our Chief Customer Officer. Samy, you’re dialing in from Ireland today? Samy Jeffries: Yes, I’m in County Kildare—very green and peaceful. It’s great to be here again. I think we’ve got a lot of familiar faces watching, and if it’s your first Giraffe webinar, welcome! Before we get into today’s main topic, I’d love to introduce two incredible guests: Nick Powell, based in the UK, and Casey G., from Arizona. They’re both photographers and real estate media professionals working closely with Giraffe360. Earlier this week, I had the chance to sit down with them for interviews, and we’ll play those clips in just a bit. Nick, it’s a pleasure to have you here. How’s everything on your side? Nick Powell: Doing great, thanks, Samy. Excited to join you today. Samy: Excellent! And Casey—welcome back! You and your team have been very busy lately. I heard Arizona finally got some rain? Casey G.: (laughs) Yes, five straight days of rain. It’s been brutal. We’re finally drying out and getting back to work. Mikus: That’s dedication! I’m really looking forward to hearing your perspectives later in the session. Let’s start with today’s agenda. We’ll begin by talking about how the Giraffe360 platform helps agents sell listings faster. Then we’ll share interviews with Nick and Casey.
