| I did a custom tour for aged care when I was starting with this business about 6 years ago and this includes a few panos in dementia unit. It was private aged care and brand new so it looked shiny. However you can truly understand what dementia is only when you work in this units. I had a chance to work there(Salvation Army aged care) 4 shifts last year. I can tell you it is the saddest place on Earth. And I do not think there is any recipient of a 3D tour for a dementia unit apart from relatives. Residents in these units usually cannot comprehend and appreciate them. |
