And, now the Giraffe360 Pro Camera Preview Webinar.

- Hey, welcome, everyone, to the first Giraffe webinar to announce our official Photographers Program.

I'm Mikus Opelts, the Co-Founder of Giraffe360.

I hope you guys here and see me well. Before we get going with the Photographers Program, a brief introduction of myself. I started Giraffe360 together with my brother, Madars.

The main reason behind it was I saw the lack of quality real estate media and the technology development in the space.

So we thought that there has to be a better way of how the future of real estate presentation looks like.

And fast forward a couple of years and many sleepless nights, and we are here. So today, for the program announcement and for the agenda, I have our CCO, Samy Jeffries, joining as well. Hey, Samy.

- Hey, Mikus, real pleasure to be here.

- Yeah, how are you feeling?

- Yeah, very good. Excited to get this program out to everyone who needs to see it.

- Do you want to give a quick introduction of yourself?

- Of course yeah, my name's Samy Jeffries. I'm the CCO here at Giraffe360, as Mikus mentioned.

I've been with the company now for a tiny bit over four years, and it's been an amazing journey to see the fantastic product developments and all the amazing contents our customers have managed to generate.

And yeah, extremely excited to get this photography program off the ground and up and running.

- [Mikus] Amazing, then let's get going. The agenda for today is, the three main main topics are wanting to open up with industry problems, where the industry sits today, how it looks from the macro perspective.

Then we want to show you the preview of our new product releases.

This will be the first time we show what's coming up in our product pipeline and how that will be, and I guess once we are going to jump, once we are going to get there, you will see why we're so excited about the next stage of the real estate media revolution.

And then we're going to jump into the Photographer Program, go through the key terms, why we launched it, how we think about it. And we'll finish off the webinar with Q&A. For questions, please use Slido.

You can go to Slido and search for Giraffe360 or use this QR code to scan and submit the question. We're going to jump into them at the end of the presentation. So Samy, you ready? We're good to go?

- Excited.

- Amazing. So the industry. So photography in listing sites has been the definition for real estate marketing, what feels like decades. So it feels like no surprise that today, 70% of real estate photographers only provide photography, but this is about to change.

And if we zoom out and look at where the consumer expectations are, the buyers very clearly are voicing their frustrations with today's media presentation availability. More than 70% of buyers expect to see videos of their listings.

Almost 70% want to see floor plans, and almost 60% expect to see some kind of a 3D or a virtual tour.

Where, on the other side, on the supply, this reality is really not met already today, signaling a huge market gap and a huge problem.

So today, less than 10% of listings have videos, a bit more than 15% have the floor plans and less than 10% have featured any sort of a 3D tour.

And if we switch gears on the real estate marketing side, listing marketing, that, again, shows a very stark contrast between what's the ambition of today's real estate agent versus what is the reality.

Specifically social media as a channel has grown more than 300% for buyer's leads, and 80% of real estate agents expect to use social media, half of real estate agents already see that quality leads comes from them, but there is a lack of tool adoption, lack of knowledge how to use, and lack of consistency in how to run a decent real estate marketing, real estate marketing outside of listing portals.

And this is actually about to be emphasized, this problem going to only grow in its size because today, the biggest home buyers are baby boomers and almost 40% of properties sold in America account for baby boomer generation buying them, but we are in a transitional phase where the younger generation, the millennials, are becoming the leading consumers of the real estate.

And the young generation enters the market with completely different expectations. Absolute must on digital property presentation, expect that the real estate journey starts online and continues online.

And there's many different behaviors that drive this audience and it works differently than with the older generation. And this shift is happening right in front of our eyes.

We are in a transitional phase and the gap of the market data that we see today here will only be enriched and emphasized as we go through the transition. So I think that nicely sets up how we think about Giraffe360 and what the technology we are building.

So we want to take real estate online. Giraffe360 creates a platform and fully-integrated solution. We have our own hardware, camera, and the software solution to create this digital-first listing journey.

To give you a sense of where we are today as a business, we have more than 10,000 users globally and last year our users created more than 200,000 listings in total. And the Giraffe360 platform can be broken down into three huge layers. Number one, it's our capture device and the proprietary kit that I have here in the background of gen 4.

And the goal for the camera is to capture high-quality, high-resolution data to give a rich data for our AI system to then render countless contents and visual and content and measurement presentations for the user. On the internet, there's this meme going around about garbage in, garbage out related to AI. This is what I kind of ...

I want to emphasize maybe this meme if you have a visual reference for it, that it's the reason why we have been so obsessive of our camera and how we create a really high-quality kit that inputs a ton of data.

The second stage of our product is our Content Studio. That AI renders different contents from floor plan to photography, to property description.

And then the third stage is our Listing Spotlight. I'm going to show you today, it's our new layer that we'll be adding to our platform already in May [2025], which automates off-portal marketing distribution and really focuses on social media and how to run a good social media content.

And so the Giraffe upcoming product releases. We have a very, very busy next 60 days. We will be releasing Listing Spotlight, which enables real estate agents to run day-to-day campaigns on social media effortlessly.

Samy, you speak with our real estate agent clients day in and day out. Maybe you want to add some color on what's this feedback we hear from the agents.

- Absolutely. Yes. So last year we actually ran a survey where we spoke to a large portion of our existing client base, and 2025, one of the biggest things that agents wanted to really get off the ground was their social media presence, but that doesn't necessarily add up to what they've been able to achieve historically.

When you go and check a lot of agents' social media platforms, their Instagram hasn't had a post since 2023 and that post was a front shot of a property which wasn't kind of well put together.

And so I think understanding that that real estate purchase journey is going online puts way more emphasis on agents being able to present themself effectively via social media platforms for that new generation of buyer.

- That's a really good point. So the second thing, we're updating our Content Studio. We're making this transition from black box processing.

If you are an existing Giraffe user, you probably see today that when you upload files, that kind of goes in the dark and then you receive everything. We want to bring the user experience in our Content Studio so you can see the AI workflow and fully interact with it to create all the contents.

And we have significant updates on floor planning in photography, in video, across all the content forms. And the third release, in late June [2025], we are releasing our PRO Camera.

This is our first PRO version. We have been contemplating releasing a Giraffe PRO Camera since day one and we have now arrived at the state where we have something that we are really excited to bring to professional users.

And on the Content Studio, kind of wanted to share one example. Samy, do you want to run through how the AI models have improved on photography specifically from then Gen 2 to Gen 3?

- Sure. Yeah. So you can see on screen a really nice visualization. We recently made some major improvements to our rapid AI photo generation model.

So on the left hand side, you can see the previous Gen, Gen 2, and on the right hand side, major upgrades included, the 3rd generation.

Now what we did here was we spoke to end users, we spoke to photographers, we spoke to REALTORS to understand what they wanted to see improved in our image editing model.

And so what we've done is we created a much crisper image with a real focus on the pieces of feedback that we received, kind of emulating as much as we can, professional editing and that kind of flambient setup that you get with a heavier kind of hardware.

Now, some of the major improvements that you can see just kind of off the bat on these two sets of images is the color cast's much more preservation of the original colors inside the property.

We also improved the brightness, contrast, and saturation. So much nicer colors and a much brighter view of the property. And we also have some major improvements in our image detection model for windows.

So instead of just getting a great view of the inside of the space, we're getting a lovely bright view of the inside, but also showcasing what we can see through that window, which is amazing on properties with great gardens, with seafront views. Yeah, so feedback's been fantastic on the 3rd gen image model.

- Yeah, and maybe then let's switch gears and talk about the Giraffe PRO Camera. The first thing is a production video from our facility in Riga [Latvia]. And you can see the first glimpse of the PRO Camera.

From the outside, the body of the camera is not much different from the Gen 4. What you can see in the video is that the PRO Cameras will come with optional auto-hight tripod. I believe it's first of its kind, which will allow cameras to scan properties in multiple height layers and dimensions.

And we have been designing the tripod with the focus on rich data that will then feed higher quality for the floor planning, & for the videos, that I'm going to speak about in a second.

- Yeah, and to give I guess a quick whistle stop tour of some of the major improvements, first of all, LiDAR, this is how we capture all of the measurement data. The new LiDAR is a significant improvement in terms of the density and the quality of the point cloud data that the camera generates as an input.

As Mikus mentioned earlier, garbage in, garbage out. This is not garbage, this is fantastic going into the front-end, which means the AI models have a lot to work with.

We've made some major software improvements. Think about these in the context of speed, much improved tracking from the new LiDAR, a new scam view function to make the process of generating your floor plans on site and capturing your data a lot faster and easier, as well as some updates in terms of uploads and connectivity. So some major speed updates.

And as Mikus mentioned, of course, the very core, auto-height tripod, which you can see on the left hand side, which unlocks tons of potential in terms of data capture and opens up the door to us for some new exciting content pieces.

- Switching gears then, here's the preview of how the LiDAR 1.0 looks compared to the LiDAR 2.0. We have increased the point density 20 times and it increases accuracy for the data more than three times, precision for the floor plans that then get generated from the data.

And it's a fundamental shift in the Giraffe content production where we will really put a point cloud in the center of many content renderings. Point clouds are not the essential product of what we do, which you see here.

It's mostly the input for then rendering the floor plans to the 3D rendering of the videos. And the better the source data, the more quality we can achieve on the other end, which brings me to one of the flagship releases we will be launching.

In June [2025] with the new camera, we are going to have an updated video function. So from the new camera, we'll be rendering full 3D models from the properties that then can be turned into different styles of videos.

AI fills the blank spots, then allowing this very seamless digital fly-through of the space. And particularly on the video, you can see two examples from the first release.

The first is the drone experience where the consumer is kind of flying through the property, and this will be available to publish on all social media, and then the cinematic view next to it.

Samy, social media is growing as a channel and particularly video. I think you have a ton of insight on what's the real estate agents' expectations from the videos are.

- Yeah, I think video content, as you mentioned, is becoming significantly more important, especially as we kind of, as you mentioned earlier, this transition into younger buyers.

And we already know that online content that includes video engages a tremendous amount more. And if we look at property listings 20 years ago, there were listings without images.

Now it's not just about do you have images, it's about the quality of those images and the immersive experience for the end user.

And what we're really doubling down on with these new content pieces is it's a fully immersive, unique experience inside the property.

And a little anecdote, Mikus, I purchased the property that we live in, we found it via social media and we found it from an agent who has been kind of very focused on video content.

And it allowed me to kind of take that step away. When we're looking at properties on listing platforms, it's a job, right, with spending our time.

I sat down with my partner and we went, okay, let's spend 20 minutes looking at homes, but I actually found my property via engaging video content on social media whilst riding the bus to work. So it takes us out of that traditional kind of purchase mode and gets us into a place where we're relaxed and we want to kind of engage with content.

And so I'm very, very excited by the prospect of what this new content can add to the market.

- Definitely, definitely. And I think those anecdotes of you purchasing your house, and we see that in our team, there's other people who have gone on a similar journey.

I guess that's a good anecdote to show them the macro trend that people are starting to find properties through different channels and the alternative channels are only growing in their popularity and in their value.

Hence, that leads us to the Giraffe360 Listing Spotlight, which is the big add-on to the Giraffe product to shift the conversation away from how the contents look to how these contents can be integrated into automated listing marketing workflows. Samy, do you want to elaborate on the platform functionality?

- Yeah, I'd love to. Yeah, thanks, Mikus. So as I mentioned, historically Giraffe has been centered around generating assets.

So that's your images, your floor plans, your virtual tours, video content, et cetera, et cetera, but agents are looking to enhance their online presence. And that is primarily focused around social media sites.

And it's a complex job. As I mentioned, lots of agents, that's their primary focus, but they haven't been able to get that off the ground.

And so what we've done is we've created a super powerful tool, Listing Spotlight, which will allow agents to capture, to take the content that they generated from the Giraffe360 camera coming from their photographer and instantly turn that into a succinct pipeline for their social media sites.

So it's taken the complexity away from performance marketing by using a tool which is powered by Giraffe360, where we're looking online what's trending, what's working, what are people engaging with and putting that at the hands of the agents without any complexity.

They can take Sparks, so that's the contents that we've generated automatically with beautiful templates, video content, everything that they need to hit social media looking professional with ease and simplicity.

And on top of that, with the release of our Giraffe360 Listing Spotlight, we'll also be adding property website V1.

So this is, again, an amalgamation of all of the amazing assets that agents have captured or photographers have captured on behalf of their agents into a single property site with video, images, information about the property, and contact details for the agent.

Now this is a fantastic opportunity for photographers because not only are they providing value in the kind of capture element of the process, they're also providing the agents with a spot-on performance marketing pipeline which they can access simply post capture.

- Definitely, and to elaborate on those single listing websites, I think they've been around for a long time now and there needs to be an industry standard. I think in digital marketing, every marketer learns very quickly that the dedicated landing page converts 5 to 7% of the audience, when a brand website converts only 1%.

So you want to focus your consumer's attention to your individual offer, but when we look at the market data, we only see that 7% of listings get a dedicated website, and that's mostly only available on the high-end sector.

So with AI and us being able to use the content from a scan and render this all in information, we make website creation seamless. It's no longer a task, it's no longer a design job.

It's become a function of creating a website and selecting different styles or information you want to present on that. And I think that the industry's interest for better marketing has been there, especially on the website side, but the complexity produced by these things and the money thus needed for it has been the main thing that's been holding back the adoption.

And before we go into the Giraffe360 Photographer Program, I wanted to summarize the Giraffe360, the next stage in the media revolution that we've been talking about.

Photography has been the essential content for real estate presentation. It's been the flagship of how people treat real estate marketing, and photography will be important going ahead, but with the Giraffe360 offering and looking at the market requirements, we can shift the conversation away solely from how the images look to how all the digital content gets created.

And Giraffe platform has this unique opportunity to create multiple content production streams in one platform.

So we get one camera that captures the data, then a very advanced AI model on Giraffe end that renders the data and you can then customize them to fit however it'll be required for each individual client.

And that's what's, that's the significant shift in the technology leap that the world has been slowly getting towards, and Giraffe is at the forefront of being able to deliver this in a simple, seamless workflow and unlock this opportunity for our partners.

So I think that's on the Giraffe releases. The next 60 days will be big, the Giraffe PRO Camera, the Listing Spotlight release, and Content Studio improvements in floor planning, photography, across the board.

Now switching gears to the Giraffe Photographer Program, I'm super-excited. It's something that's been on the radar as the next step of the Giraffe, is to find the partners to work with.

And I want to kick the Giraffe Photographer Program off by two essential things. What's the spirit of the program?

So number one, our promise to our partners is we are a tech company and we want to keep pushing the technology and what's capable today and deliver better and better capabilities to our partners.

That's our promise. To underline the promise, we're going to do product upgrades every 30 days. We have a huge set of products out there available, and we are going to be pushing updates every 30 days either in AI models or in some interface functions or in the capabilities.

So by working with Giraffe360, you can be sure that we're focusing on how to bring the best technology out there. And the second point is the spirit of the partnership.

As we decided to launch a partnership in the local areas with photographers, the first rule which we really stipulated is this has to be an exclusivity-based partnership.

And it comes from two things. One is to emphasize that the spirit, that we want to find partners with whom we are aligned in our vision of the future and aligned in our values.

We want to work for the long term. Our goal is not just to sell the most amount of cameras and get as many hardwares built and sold. That's our goal.

And the second most practical thing around the exclusivity is per camera, we'll be rolling out two Zip Codes, which can serve as the reference points for the lead distribution that's come through the Giraffe platform, but Samy, you actually can break down how these things work.

- Yeah, happy to. So photographers can work in any Zip Code. So you're not limited to a specific location, but the idea is that the exclusivity covers two Zip Codes with each camera, which photographers are able to select within the Giraffe360 Content Studio.

Now, the idea here is that as we release all of these amazing contents, new features, agents will want access to these but won't necessarily want to go out there and capture them themselves.

And so the idea is that as we receive inquiries centered around these new content pieces or wanting photography, virtual tour, floor plans, et cetera captured, that we can direct those leads to our photography network based on those Zip Codes. So yeah, that kind of covers I think the main point.

- Yep, and the Photographer Program rollout timeline.

- Yeah, so on May the 6th [2025], which is today, we're releasing the Photographer Program Q&A, which will happen at the end of this session once we've kind of gone through all of the important features.

And alongside that, we will be releasing the Zip Code selector inside the dashboard.

So any active Giraffe360 photographers as of today will be able to access their Content Studio and select Zip Codes, which they will retain the exclusivity for. Next, on May the 20th [2025], we'll be releasing the Listing Spotlight V1 release.

So as I mentioned earlier, a fantastic tool for agents to automate their marketing pipelines across social media, print, email, et cetera, et cetera, as well as available zip checks online.

And then finally, June 30th [2025], we will be releasing the new model of camera, the Giraffe PRO Camera, as well as a photographer public directory, where agents who want to book in captures will be able to do so and they'll be able to see the photographers which are a part of our network in their locality.

Now, as a part of this, we want to, as Mikus mentioned, for this to be a longstanding partnership, and we want to provide value and we want to make sure that we're working with partners who are able to get the most out of the program. So what we expect from photographers who join the network and take the Zip Codes.

Our ambition, so we want you to be the leader and we want you to have that ambition to be the leader in your local area.

We want curious photographers, people who want to adopt new technologies, who want to use them, who want to show them to agents, and to help us kind of progress property marketing into the next phase, as we discussed earlier.

We want to work with photographers who want to engage with us continuously, right? So we want to make sure that we are producing a product which is valuable to photographers.

And in order to do that, we need to hear from you. We need to understand what works, what doesn't work, what you want, what your agents want from you so that us and our product teams can continue to develop the product in the direction that suits you guys as photographers.

And finally is that brand advocacy. It's a win-win. If everybody's aware of what we're doing and what you guys are doing, then there's a much higher chance that we're going to be mutually successful, and photographers will therefore have, yeah, more agents to work within their locality.

And finally, to be an active customer. So as a part of this, we want to work with photographers who are doing more than five properties per month.

Again, that means that they're able to build that brand advocacy, they're getting used to the product and they're making use of the new features as we roll them out. For those who are interested in posting today, you can actually get ahead of the queue and jump in to be one of the first people to use the Giraffe360 program.

We will be running this at $123 per month, which will be inclusive of 5 free listings to be used over the first 60 days. [offer.giraffe360.com/wgan] Existing customers will be able to get access to the new camera when it rolls out.

If you're interested in getting involved with Giraffe360 earlier and making use of all of the amazing feature sets that we have available now, you can sign up to be a customer via [offer.giraffe360.com/wgan]. As soon as you're in, you'll be able to select your Zip Codes as well.

- Yeah, I think that nicely summarizes. And we are right on time. And I think we now could switch to the Q&A and see what questions we have from the audience.

- Floor plans to give to my real estate agent clients. What is the investment? Would you like me to take this one, Mikus?

- Yeah, yeah,

- Yeah, amazing. So no, you would not be working for Giraffe360. Your business is your business and we want you to grow and continue to scale that.

So the way it would work is you would have access to the Giraffe360 hardware and all of the amazing contents that can be generated from the camera and you would receive the final pictures, floor plans, videos, all of that content for you to share with your real estate clients, either via the Giraffe360 Content Studio, via the Giraffe360 Listing Spotlight tool or directly, if you want to share it in your usual mediums.

In terms of investments, I guess a little bit later, Mikus, we can go through pricing, yeah.

- We like entrepreneurship. We work with tons of agents. Seems like agents and real estate photographers are the original solo entrepreneurs.

And from my own journey as an entrepreneur, you want to work with good partners and we really kind of deeply care about this partnership and how we can help you to become the number one performer in your Zip Codes, but yes, yes, that's the ethos behind the partnership.

- Studio, or again, as I mentioned, download and share them via your usual mediums.

- And our plan going ahead is that you should be really, you should have a really easy workflow, how to engage your clients into, which means that create an access to Giraffe360 Content Studio or give them access to the Giraffe360 Listing Spotlight.

So it doesn't become an exercise of downloading, uploading files and sending files, but more about sharing access to the projects. And that will be something we'll be bringing in in the Content Studio as the product evolves.

- Absolutely.

- Two things, be the first to see what's happening with technology. And we'll be releasing all the new updates with photographers in there.

Hence we really wanted to emphasize the point that we would love our partners to check the new updates every seven days.

And as the technology moves quickly and there's tons of new capabilities that come out, one thing I see constantly in the market, when I visit clients and I see them using our technology, is that they use, like, a 2-year-old version.

And that's kind of sometimes disheartening that there's already a better solution out there, but people haven't noticed it. It hasn't been used. And so with our partners, it's to bring the latest technology, the best, the most capable solution in the forefront of their business.

And the second one is the Zip Code partnership. I think we will work, do our best to make you the most successful person in your area. We have access to enterprise clients, we'll be working with enterprise contracts to sign them up and then we'll be distributing the projects down to our partners in the local areas.

We'll be working on the Giraffe's branding in the States, so that there's more demand coming throughout the directory. So I think that's the second good reason why he is with us.

- Perfect, and next question. Screen, perfect, thank you. "Are you able to see the tripod in the photos/floor plans in a room with mirrors?" Great question. No, you can't.

So Mikus mentioned earlier, tons of machine learning models go into rendering the content post capture. One of the models which we've worked meticulously on is the camera and tripod detection.

So we remove the camera from mirrors and reflective surfaces, so things like ovens and microwave doors, as well as the tripod. We also detect it in the shadows. It's automatically removed.

And so yeah, a really powerful piece of machine learning model in which we put live into production for quite some time.

Alongside that, we also do a lot of the privatization. So things like photographs in, faces in family photographs, the registration plate of vehicles, they are all also automatically identified and removed from the final image. So no, you can't see the tripod in the photos and videos, et cetera.

- [Mikus] To piggyback on that, the object removal feature I think is super cool. And we introduced it, was it two months ago?

Ability in the Giraffe360 Content Studio to clean out pictures if there's any objects, something's messy on the table, you can, with a very simple two clicks, get the object removed and you can have a full control of object removal.

As Samy said, the tripods get auto-removed already by default, but there are also tons of these individual features that you could use to either blur information or to remove the information completely.

- Brilliant, and the next question. "It feels like your target audience is split between the REALTORS and the media providers. As you've been primarily in Europe, are you hoping that more agents or photographers will be able to use this?" Over to you, Mikus.

- Can you repeat the second part one more time?

- Yeah, of course, yeah, yeah. As you've been primarily in Europe, are you hoping that more agents or photographers will be able to use this?

- Yes, like, so we launched in the US two years ago. Today we operate in all 50 states. We have almost 1,000 users in America using our product. So we have, on the first stage, we have seen the great pickup. Our NPS score historically has been very high.

It's in the 80s with a very low churn rate.

So I think we can pride ourselves on releasing a good product and taking care of our clients, but as this next step unfolds with the next generation of technologies, we're really betting on our local partners, with the photographers becoming the creating full range of media for their consumers, because the Gaussian splat video production will require specific workflows, how you use them in the properties.

And there will be more unique opportunities for professionals to add value in the content creation, which comes with this product equipment. So the expectation is that yes, we will see a significant expansion in our US coverage. And that's really exciting.

- Great, I'm currently a Matterport Pro2 Camera and Matterport Pro3 Camera photographer. How does this new Giraffe PRO Camera compare to the Pro3 when capturing exterior images?

- So I think the unique thing about Giraffe is we have a dedicated photography workflow right on the camera and you don't create photography as a print screen, even though that functionality is capable.

So photography, we have a designated workflow. And that's been one of our strong beliefs, is that it's not about single content, but it's about all these contents meeting high quality requirements.

And so we have dedicated workflows for photography, floor planning, 3D and videos. And so many of these things come from the same data, but that's kind of the real quality separator done on the outputs, that we have been designing the technology with all of these workflows in mind instead of just throwing features on top to try to deliver that capability.

Samy, you can elaborate. I think our outdoor photography today is superb and you can elaborate on the specific capability there.

- Yeah, I think, as you mentioned there, having the dedicated still photography mode as opposed to pulling images from the scans directly means that you are able to position the camera a lot better, you're able to line up and do what photographers do best, right, when it comes to the external shots.

So with the Giraffe PRO Camera, when you're doing your external shots, we automatically straighten the image, we make sure there's no barrelling and you are able to tilt the lens up and down in order to get the best front shot as opposed to pulling directly from the scans.

And again, I know this question was centered around the photography aspect, but you can also, with Giraffe360, take scans outside, you can move around outdoor zones.

We've had everything from small apartments to huge mansions in the US where our photographers and agents have been able to showcase the swimming pool, the shared grounds, if there's anything local in the community.

So a very, very powerful and easy-to-use outdoor scanning and photography tool. And with that as well, Mikus, we do all of the blue sky editing.

So if we have a gray day, we apply the blue skies to the external images very naturally. We don't kind of pull a single blue sky and put on every image, we generate a unique blue sky for that external image which matches the lighting and we actually change that sky slightly across all of your external images.

And I don't want to get into too much specifics, but there's a lot planned for the external photography coming in the future as well.

- Yep.

- Perfect. And next question, "do I have to be a member before checking the available Zip Codes?"

- The directory comes alive in a couple of weeks, so you'll be able to check on the website what Zip Codes are available.

Today it will be available only for the people who have access to the Giraffe360 Content Studio.

And if you want to check if we have somebody already in the Zip Code from the existing users, you can also just email us and we're going to confirm it, but the directory is coming alive in a couple of weeks and will be available on the website.

- Great, are you able to integrate your 3D scans with Zillow for showcase agents?

- Samy, what's the latest?

- Currently no, Zillow showcase is locked down to some specific pieces of hardware and mobile phones, I believe, with Zillow. So currently that's not part of the product portfolio.

- Yeah, we're in the midst of the portal wars where these terms get changed.

Zillow, Homes.com allows some content at first and then doesn't, and it's a moving piece as the portals try to emphasize whatever is their ongoing, their current marketing strategy.

There's no challenge with them, let's call them fixed assets, the JPEG images, the JPEG floor plans, MP4 videos.

So I think this only extends to their virtual tour integrations as they work as an iFrame. So the portal needs to allow iFrame to show up on the site.

And we really work with all the portals, want to have good relationship, and we try to assure that all our contents are displayed there, but what we've seen in the last two years is that these agendas can change based on portal strategies and it's a bit of a moving target on the virtual tour specifically, specifically integration.

- Brilliant, yeah. Next question. "So if I edit my own content, will I be able to alter or edit the videos the program is generating from its capture or will it only be able to be used with presets? Also will we be able to use music from our end for those videos?"

- Yeah, so the Content Studio comes with a very good editing system, but you can always also take the source file and add your own twist if it's required, if our editing suite doesn't meet your requirements, but Samy, maybe you can elaborate how advances, how often our partners doesn't stick with our editing system.

- Yeah, I mean, as you mentioned, the Content Studio provides really powerful editing capabilities, and we kind of commit, as you mentioned earlier, to continue to provide additional editing capabilities based on the feedback from our partners.

So the videos will be kind of rendered automatically and there will be customization opportunities available to users.

And on top of that, from a music perspective, the great thing is that when photographers or agents upload to the social media platforms, they can add audio directly via there, which makes it all free of charge, no licensing fees.

So you can kind of get on top of trends and we will provide suggestions over time as well in terms of what sounds work for content.

- Yeah, I think just to emphasize how our system works, yeah, on the account there's presets, so all the content gets generated based on the presets, whether it's photography, floor plan.

In the floor plan, you actually have different legal standards in which you can create them as we operate in different geographies. Pictures are very subjective, different preferences, and so on and so forth.

And then pair, so all the projects get automatically rendered on these presets on the account, but then every project, you can actually go and tailor. There's no one size that fits all.

And there's a reason why the Giraffe360 Content Studio is called that Studio. It's a creative hub where that personalization can be added, but the system works actually then on these three, on the two layers.

The AI renders on your presets, but then you can actually double click on and edit so many things, whether it's video, whether it's photography, whether it's floor plan, all these things can be edited.

- Brilliant, next question. "How accurate are the floor plans?"

- So LiDAR accuracy is 99.999%. So the LiDAR laser is extremely accurate and it delivers the floor plan on, it delivers extremely high-quality input data. The point cloud is a separate content.

If you're a professional user, you can download the point cloud and use it for any data reference. The second part of that question is, when you actually take the data and render the floor plan, what's the deviation?

And with the Giraffe PRO Camera and with the LiDAR 2.0, where we have 20 times more points, we actually are aiming to be the first system that is able to repeat floor plans. What does that mean is that today if you use any system twice, it gives you slightly different data.

And with the new Giraffe PRO Camera capability, we're able to repeat the result consistently, which should mean that it yields extremely high accuracy for the floor plans, but the underlying validation system is also there to go and reference the data. And the floor plan render accuracy also is dependent on the user.

So the more data you capture, the more accurate you are, the more insight the AI engine has and we can render the information. So it's a two-way street to achieve the max accuracy.

And the user plays some role in moving through the property and deciding what's the specification on which I want to achieve the, on which I will want to deliver the accuracy for the floor plan for this specific unit.

- Fantastic, thank you, Mikus. The next question, "is there a training/onboarding program? Also, support for troubleshooting on site etc.?" I'd be very happy to take this one since-

- I won't say this should be your cup of tea, huh?

- My cup of tea, yeah. So yes, training is provided. So inside the dashboard, there's tons of training courses, very, very easy to use.

Anecdotally, recently we actually shared the camera with a reporter who wanted to kind of prove our statement that the camera is super easy to use.

And I believe their 7-year-old was able to capture images and the floor plan of their property. It's a really interesting article, but yes, in short, we do provide training to our customers.

And support, so support is available either via the dashboard, via a live chat or you can call our support team.

We're there to help with anything from any camera issues. If you just need, hey, how do I do this? Or Hey, I saw this released recently, how do I use it? Super simple, direct access to our support teams.

And we also have customer success, and their role is to make sure that customers understand the product, they're making the most use out of it, for photographers, to make sure that you are doing everything you can to maximize your Zip Codes, etc., etc.

And you know, our NPS score is a high 80s for a reason, and feel free to go and check out all of our reviews online.

A lot of them are centered around how fantastic the product is and a lot of them about the support that we provide to our customers, which we're very proud of and will continue to invest in.

Next question, "how many inquiries are you currently receiving in the US outside of those who already have the cameras?"

- So today, the Giraffe product, up to today, was available for real estate agents to buy the camera subscription. So most of our users are, real estate agents could take up their own cameras.

So we don't have a service inquiry open. That will open up with this directory. What we see on the demand side is the interest from enterprises who are looking to have the next generation of technology, and we have access to that market from our end. So it's a new directory that goes out on inquiry volumes for the service and that is yet to be seen, the volumes of it.

And we will be building it out as the year unfolds. And so it's an ongoing thing that we are kicking off this month.

- Fantastic, and the next question, "Matterport Pro2 Camera or Ricoh THETA will not work with your app I assume." Yeah, well assumed, the Pro2 and the Ricoh THETA devices won't work with the Giraffe360 infrastructure.

- Yeah, and I can elaborate. We saw that it was the product philosophy since day one. When we started Giraffe360, we looked at the tools in the market and none of them satisfied the vision we had for the future of real estate media and we decided we have to have a fully-integrated system to really deliver flexibility and consistent quality.

And so Giraffe has been developed as a fully integrated system from the camera development to AI, to the dashboard, to all the front-facing stuff, how the users interact.

It's all a fully-integrated system. We open up the outputs and integration that you can then take the contents, but when it comes to the essence of the product, which is to capture and create a presentation of a space, that's a completely, fully-integrated Giraffe system.

And we have been designing it with the quality and flexibility in mind. We believe this is how we can achieve the best solution for the world.

- Brilliant, the next question, "is there demonstration data to show all of this and the capabilities to new brokers and REALTORS clients?"

I think this is a really, really fantastic question.

And as a part of the release of the photography program, we will be building out a pack which photographers can use to share and demonstrate the power of Giraffe360, the quality of the content, and photographers as a part of the network will kind of in advance get information about what we're releasing to make sure you are at the forefront and you've got all the content that you need to market yourself and yeah, the services you can provide via Giraffe360.

- And we really want to run consistent engagement webinars where we go through the market trends and share the insight that can be then brought to the real estate agent because we feel that you guys are the best position to show what's capable and to some extent, for lack of better word, educate the market on the requirements and bridge the gap between what the buyer and consumer expectations are with what the real estate agent are providing today.

And we'll be running a consistent flow of this information in forms of webinars, newsletters, one-on-one calls, and so on and so forth.

So I think the partnership is going to have two very clear distinct sections. One is the technology and the product and just how it works. And I think Samy spoke in support of that product eloquently.

And we have a good track record of taking care of our partners well. And the second track will be on helping to formulate the pitch and information to the real estate agents and we're adding that track. And today is the kickoff of it.

- Great, thanks, Mikus. So the next question, "is the camera a separate purchase? I might have missed this, or is it included in the monthly fee?"

So we have separated out the camera on a lease model, which is fantastic.

It means replacements are there, it means, as we release new hardware, you're not locked in for long periods of time on all the hardware. And also it allows you to separate your camera charges from your usage.

So we break it down on the number of cameras that you need and the number of properties that you need to capture. And again, all of the pricing information is available on the [www.Giraffe360.com Voucher Code: WGAN]

- Yeah, well done. And just from the philosophy perspective, we're a subscription service for a key reason is we didn't want to be in the camera sales business. We want to build a technology that our partners need to use.

So we roll it out on subscription. As we have better technology, it gets upgraded. So it's not about making, it's not about one specific hardware, but it's about Giraffe as a platform and how it works altogether.

And hence we never were excited about selling cameras as a proposition, but provide it as a forever evolving technology that's fully integrated, and thus the subscription model is the best way we can do it.

- Thanks, Mikus. Next question, "does the software allow you to edit and remove furniture from a room or add furniture to a room?"

- Samy.

- Yeah, so currently you can edit floor plans. So you can add and remove furniture and kind of make changes to the floor plans using the Content Studio. Currently, I guess what this is kind of leading to is virtual staging, which isn't currently a part of the Giraffe360 service offering, but yeah, Mikus, I guess you can speak on the future of that.

- Yeah, we now worked on the object removal. We haven't integrated any virtual staging tools. Virtual staging is becoming popular. I think there are also some tools out there that can be well integrated.

So we obviously keep a close eye on how to go about virtual staging and it'll be one of our next stages of evolution, how do we bring that capability into our system. Today, the functionality is about cleaning out space, removing anything that shouldn't be there, yeah.

- Brilliant, how quickly will we receive a replacement camera if mine goes down? So our support team is heavily accessible.

And we work to ship cameras once we identify an issue, which means we require a replacement either the same or next working day. So we ship them basically as soon as physically possible after we identify any issues.

- Yeah, and typically shipping, I mean these days, 48 to 72 hours?

- 72 hours, yeah. That's correct. How do we take advantage of the offer you mentioned earlier at $123 per month? [offer.giraffe360.com/wgan]

- So we will send out to everyone who's joining, we will send out a link so you can sign up and be the first to receive the Giraffe PRO Camera. The PRO Camera, et cetera release in late June [2025].

And so you'll receive a link and just follow them, follow the information there and you will be the first on the list then to receive the Giraffe PRO Camera.

- Fantastic, and I believe we now have our final question for the day. And thanks to everyone for sending all these in. It's great to kind of be able to get back to you guys. Oh, that was the last one, apologies. So that wraps up the questions for today.

- So the last question is, this is the last question?

- Yeah, exactly. So to wrap up from my end, as a photographer, we are really excited to find like-minded partners in their geographies and we want to build great business together.

We are committed to develop technology and give you the biggest advantage in your local markets. And today's a good kickoff for that. And if you are already a user of Giraffe360, please reach out and select the Zip Codes.

We want to talk to you to figure out if we can work together. If you're not a user, give a try for our new camera, see if it's actually as good as we're kind of alluding to on this call.

And so there are a couple of options on how you can validate whether what's true, what's not, but really amazing to have you all. Appreciate your time. And Samy, thank you for joining. And hope to see you all soon.

- Pleasure, thank you, everybody.

- Chao.

Thanks Mikus and Samy.
